Jeremy, Jimmy(and crew), & Becket were all very professional & thorough. Becket did everything he could, but could not fix our issue, so called Jeremy out. Jeremy went over everything with us in detail to help us decide what repairs needed to be done. Jimmy (and crew) did such a great job & kept my home as clean as possible--very much appreciated!

Mario Gutierrez Jr did an excellent job fixing our AC! He was very professional, polite, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He worked efficiently, made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving, and answered all my questions. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism — highly recommend Mario and Milestone!

Milestone worked with my availability and sent the tech shortly after I arrived home. None of this “between 8am and 5 pm business where I miss a day of work).
They sent James M., who addressed the issue and then spent an hour troubleshooting the origin of the problem, to prevent a repeat. He went through 7 fuses to find the electrical issue, then took the time to ensure this same issue will not reoccur. I’ve spent less with another company, yet they had to send a different tech within a week to finally find and fix the problem. Milestone is not the least expensive, but with techs like James, they clearly have the upper hand.

I want to give a big thank you to Milestone (Mario). He was very professional, kind, and patient. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I understood the process. I truly appreciate his professionalism, helpfulness, and overall positive attitude. Excellent customer service!

I gave two stars because the tech was nice and on time. It was only $30 for them to show up, but then they wanted to charge $1500 for a propane leak test. Regardless if they found the leak in 15 minutes or 10 hours, price was the same. A local company “Community Home Services” from Nevada Tx charged me only $279. He completed the test in one hour! Over $1200 in savings for exact same simple test. Go with your local mom and pop shops and save $1000s!

Rolando with Milestone has been such a blessing to us! It is a long story but we bought a new house that has had several major issues. Rolando figured out the why and how of our high humidity issues, and helped us to prove faulty construction. It has been a nightmare but Rolando without fail has continually helped us along this very difficult journey. Rolando found a pipe going from the A/C to the outside that was going to eventually break down because it was not made to be in the Texas heat. He found biological growth in our HVAC system after we had our air ducts cleaned. So many issues and we are so grateful for Rolando finding them…easy fixes that we know will save us thousands in the long run. Rolando is unprecedented in his professionalism, has more knowledge about his job and HVAC systems than anyone we have met-extremely competent-the kind of team is so hard to find! And we had several companies out before Milestone.
We also purchased the Milestone advantage membership and Rolando suggested we have the flue resealed on the roof-they sent out Firestorm Roofing for a free roof flue reseal- and found several places that needed to be addressed. I have heard in the neighborhood about roof leaks and we were so grateful that someone found the problems before they infiltrated our home. We are just so grateful to Milestone and Rolando! We just wished that they did the other construction jobs. Really hard to find people that you trust to do the job right! You will not regret hiring Milestone.

Scott was very friendly he gave us the facts jack. Kept it simple and to the point. Not pushy at all. Very helpful with all my questions. Highly recommend him.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and got our issue resolved quickly. Very polite and tolerated our big white Pyr Bonny who wanted to be petted. Thanks Milestone for all your great service to us over the years.

Rolando is very knowledgeable and thorough in what he does. You can tell he’s been working on ac’s for a long time. We are very happy he assisted us in finding out what the problems were with our ac.

Thomas Sparks has been to my home several times now and he is just so great! He explains things well, is so kind and courteous. I am on the monthly rewards and it has been great investment for me. I love Milestone! Thanks Thomas and Merry Christmas!

Zane was out today to perform the free evaluation of both of my air conditioning systems. He was on time and a pleasure to have in my home. My older system is going to need replacing in the near future. Zane prepared us for that reality. I am so happy that I signed up for the maintenance service program with Milestone. The employees I have encountered there have all been very professional and courteous.

Had a little hiccup at first with the scheduling but once they finally made it out, was very satisfied with the technicians, their skills and most of all their honesty. Would highly, definitely recommend!

Jamison was polite and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable. He doesn't rush through and explained a few things to my husband and I. He showed video of what he examined. It was 1 part I was uneasy about is the taking apart of the unit outside for my upstairs. I wasn't expecting that. That had me a little concerned for if something goes wrong, how can I tell if it was already failing or something else.

Overall, he did show and find some things like dust and moisture build up.

We did not have to pay because we pay monthly for the plan.

Jake was prompt, courteous and professional. He addressed all of our concerns. His work was completed very nicely. Actually looks better than original!

Matthew did a heat tune up for us. He was very thorough, kind, and professional. He made a video and showed us everything that’s going on with our system. I would definitely recommend Milestone Electric.

Jamison was prompt, professional and courteous. I like the fact that they put on booties before entering the house unprompted. Jamison did a little extra in addition to that by rolling out a red carpet to put his booties on. He is so thorough and honest, that I felt comfortable with the large investment I'm about to make because I have a lot of mold that has grown on my system. I've been kicking the can down the road, but now after speaking with Jamison, I'm willing to make that big investment. He also made himself available in case me and my wife have any other questions.

He is excellent at what he does, but most importantly, you can tell that he actually likes what he does. I am happy to have had the opportunity to meet Jamison in order to come up with a solution to my HVAC issues.

Milestone always does a great job. They are very respectful of our time and $$$. They often make suggestions to make our home better. However don't pressure you into any purchases. We enjoy having Chris out checking on our HVAC. Thanks for keeping us war in the winter and cool the other 10 months of the year.

Brandon did a great job. He carefully analyzed the problem and located the source of the trouble. He then proceeded to securely fix our unit in a timely manner with great attention to detail. We are very thankful.

We use Milestone for both A/C maintenance and plumbing services. All technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home—they covered their footwear before entering and explained their findings in detail, offering recommendations without any pushy sales tactics. While the plumbing service was handled professionally, it was a bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall, a reliable company with strong service, especially for HVAC and plumbing! Would use them again.

I scheduled Milestone HVAC service in the evening online which took no effort at all and they were here by 7:30 AM! Very very knowledgeable young man great technician kept everything clean and did a great presentation. 2 weeks later, they came for a complementary HVAC system tuneup has spent several hours checking everything tightening everything and they even washed the outside unit inside and out! Brandon Preussuer and Zane both did great jobs!!! I highly recommend these technicians and Milestone

These guys are awesome, thanks Juan. Punctual and methodical which is huge for me because I wanted to understand everything he was doing. He was also kid/home conscious in taking extra care when coming inside or doing anything that might wake up our little one.

I’d recommend Milestone 10 out of 10 times!
