Thank you for sending your technician Xayne to our house to fix a non draining sink. He was professional and courteous. He did a fantastic job finding out what the problem was.

The condensation drain tube from the A/C unit was drawing to just under our sink. Which is what it’s supposed to do, but unfortunately, there was a clog in the pipe behind the wall apparently. So, the sink was needing to be “bailed out” about 5 times a day.

Xayne fixed it extremely fast and I’m happy to say I’m not “bailing” water anymore.

Our water heater stopped working randomly over the weekend & after 3 days of cold showers, we called to have someone come check it out after hours. Xayne & Damian came out, fixed the issue quickly, & even stayed to make sure we had hot water in different areas of the house. With the Texas heat in full force, our AC decided to quit at the worst possible time. We called Copeland Heating & Air Conditioning, and they sent out Alex—hands down one of the best technicians we've ever worked with.

Alex was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also honest and upfront about what needed to be done. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts ready, and got our system running again in no time.

What really stood out was how clean and respectful he was while working in our home. He wore covers over his boots, laid down a mat for his tools, and left everything spotless when he finished.

Santiago has been to our house twice so far and he’s always been great to work with. He helped install our whole house water filter (which we love!) and flushed out our water heater. He is always professional and knowledgeable.

Josh was absolutely amazing hands down! He answered all my questions and told me exactly what I needed replaced in my home regarding my AC issues. He was so amazing, I just had to sign up for a membership with this company. I’ve had AC issues for the past 2 years and have had at least 2-3 companies come out to diagnose the issue. Neither company could tell me exactly what the issue was but would charge me to come out to act like they knew what they were doing. Josh with Copeland Heating knew exactly what he was doing and was not trying to get over on me, just throwing out prices. Very honest and genuine company! 10 out of 10!

I thank God for allowing me to find this company, they have been nothing but the absolute best! They came out to my home diagnosed.Two air conditioning units for me. There were both mini split systems. They were very honest with their recommendations. When I asked them what I owe them, they told me their service was free of charge.
A free of charge service call two technicians.Two trucks is unheard of in this day and time.
I highly recommend them for their honesty, punctuality, cleanliness and professionalism.
If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Shelby has provided service at our home before. I request him if he is available. As always he explains everything and is extremely courteous. We have had a service contract with Copeland for a while and have been very pleased.
Mr Copeland must inspire his employees as they are all very helpful from the people who answer the phone to their service techs.
