He was a very nice guy at first, but he changed his original price we talked about over the phone. He stated $150. Then charged me $225 for about 30 minutes of work. No big deal maybe I heard something wrong. But the problem that he suggested I was having was incorrect, as I later found out. So contacted him to try and work something out for a proper payment, as you need to provide an accurate service in order to receive payment. He got very belligerent over the phone so I was forced to cancel the check I gave him. Then he proceeded to text me about a lawyer and so on. If he took pride in his honesty we would have tried to work out a deal to come back and get a correct diagnosis. Very unfortunate.

Michael was great. It was after 5:00 on a Friday night. He was here in 25 minutes, listened while I described the problem, did some troubleshooting, and resolved the issue. Great attitude. Very professional. Very straightforward on the cost before doing anything. Definitely will be using again.
