Dishonest company, condescending owner with no respect for the customer. Expectation is to have a plumbing expert show up and explain to us our options in order to get the issue fixed right the first time. Instead we've been billed over 5 hours of labor charges for a leaky bathtub faucet that was never fixed correctly. Parts were replaced with first 2 visits, and the bathtub was leaking again the following month. I called the original plumber back with the understanding that he would do the right thing and not charge us for an issue that was not repaired appropriately the first time. After re-fixing the faucet leak with some Teflon tape he recommended the replacement option as soon as possible, admitting that he should've gone that route originally after seeing the age and condition of the faucet during the first visit. Actually said the cliche, "hindsight is 20/20". We were disappointed that we received an invoice for 2 hours of labor for the follow-up "repair" plus drivetime. We tried calling the company to dispute these unfair charges with Mr. Walz, the owner. He had the audacity to tell me it had been 35 days since the first repair and they only warranty their work for 30 days. Proceeded to tell me that I was part of the problem with society today, always trying to get something for nothing. Ultimately we were compelled to use another company that would've easily fixed it right the first time, and now have work warrantied for 1 year.
