Awesome team. Unfortunately I had to go through the experience of choosing the wrong company first, but Servpro was amazingly sympathetic to our troubles. They showed us exactly what their recommendadtions for remediation were, and even highlighted some of the good work of the previous company had done to help put us at ease. The speed at which our home was put back in order was astounding and my family is finally back to normal. Thanks SERVPRO!

REVISED 15FEB23: No change in my assessment of the initial contact and service teams. However, their billing department is unprofessional bordering on harassment. - I received an eMailed invoice within 24hrs of work completion. On this invoice it listed, "NET 30", meaning the bill needed to be paid within 30 days of receipt. Starting 48hrs after work completion, the daily eMails and phone calls asking for payment began. In that their invoice discloses a 4% surcharge on all credit card payments and it is a NET 30 billing, it is rude, distrustful, and annoying to be hounded without granting a reasonable time for customers to arrange and enact their payments. What makes this even more deplorable is their service is disaster recovery, where frequently families have multiple unplanned fiscal burdens and are working with other vendor and wrestling with insurance companies. A little patience, grace, and added professionalism goes a long way.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Polite, professional, and rapid response to our water heater leak. Raul & Francisco were on site in less time than dispatch predicted. They explained each step, were respectful of our home, and ensured everything was in place & the next steps set up before departing.

ServPro must be committing insurance fraud because we got an email almost 1/2 year later saying that USAA was sending us a check for something that was still owed. We signed our paperwork and washed our hands of everything months ago. USAA has now sent us a deposit. Don’t use us as a middleman. Take that up directly with USAA and have USAA directly send you a check. What in the actual ……..! Upon that, there is glue on our bamboo floors that is still stuck to this day. No matter how hard they tried to take it off, it won’t come off so we live with it.

Helped us with a major leak and damages from a ceiling collapse. Took a week or two but was very good with timing and communication.

We had a fire in our garages and adjoining gym room that left the walls and ceilings of all three rooms badly damaged. Pedro was a huge help from the start, coordinating everything with the insurance company and guiding us through every step of the renovation.

Once we gave the go-ahead, he and his team worked tirelessly—six days a week—and made sure to involve us in all the little details that come with a renovation: where to place outlets and switches, paint colors, and so on.

In the end, everything was finished on time, within budget, and exactly as we hoped. The workers were always polite, respectful, and willing to listen to any questions or concerns we had.

Of course, dealing with the aftermath of a fire is never easy, but Pedro and his team made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as it could possibly be.

I recently used Servpro for deodorization after an unfortunate incident between a skunk and my dog that resulted in him running through the doggy door throughout my home sufficiently permeating the house with skunk smell. My house was filled with such a strong smell I felt like I pepper sprayed myself. I called Servpro and they were happy to help. They provided prompt, and friendly service. My house is completely rid of the odor and I can return to being comfortable in my home again. 10/10 recommend!

I received Servpro’s services with a collapsed ceiling due to water damage. Pedro and his team were speedy and communicative with an attention to detail to ensure quality service! They came out mid-week and were quick to begin working on it, and repaired everything in just a matter of days. April was also a big help in meeting with me about the ceiling fan replacement. I’ve used other chimney sweeps in the past, but none were as detailed as this. They checked the masonry, the liner, and the flashing. They found a small safety issue I wasn't aware of and fixed it right then and there. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my family's safety.
