Reviews of local pros in Hempstead, Texas

We recently hired A Plus Construction for a fill dirt delivery and to pour a new concrete driveway, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with.

The fill dirt was delivered promptly and was exactly what we needed to properly grade our property. When it came to the concrete driveway, their crew worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. The final result is smooth, level, and adds great curb appeal to our home.

What stood out the most was their commitment to doing the job right the first time. They kept the worksite clean and were respectful throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend A Plus Construction to anyone needing quality construction services — they delivered exactly what they promised, and then some!

Great response and service. I highly recommend them.
I called Colton the afternoon of July 3rd after my original sand delivery company canceled. He routed one of his trucks to pick up and deliver from the sand mine as we talked on the phone. A+ Construction being able to delivery on such short notice saved us thousands as we had crews and equipment committed to work over the holiday weekend.
I absolutely will use again and recommend to anyone that needs construction, concrete , or building construction.

Colton and his crew built our driveway entrance and dug us a tank/pond. Their knowledge and work ethics are impeccable! I would highly recommend A Plus Construction. No picture but they also built a concrete slab behind our home for a patio.

I had a 50 by a 100 foot barn which was all in pieces Colton and his crew put it together without blueprints just the knowledge of buildings his crew was awesome very professional and always informed me of any changes or if I ask questions they were Johnny on the spot. Thanks Colton and crew

We have been using spedale plumbing for the last 20 years and have been very satisfied with Sammy's work, integrity and honesty.

Great

Great job!!

Best service, Marvin is always available for any questions or concerns. All the employees are very respectful and they respond to emergencies in a timely manner. Good prices for work that will last. This is a plumbing company that you can trust.

I had a water leak in the kitchen sink. Rick, owner, came and was able to cap the line so the water leak would stop. He was honest and I had a good experience. I will be using him again.

Early Birdie Plumbing was absolutely outstanding!! He was recommended by many of the people in our neighborhood. When the devastating ice storms hit in Houston, I reached out to Rick and thought it would be a long shot with the amount of damage in the city for him to come out in a timely manner. I was so wrong! Not only did Rick immediately get back to me the very day after the storm hit, he came out that same day, assessed the leaks, and was willing to fix them right then and there. If you need a plumber you need to call Rick. He is knowledgeable about his trade, has good communication, fair pricing, and is an incredibly hard worker.

We needed plumbing done on our store and they had everything finished and up in running within hours. We were so grateful. They came day of and were the kindest most professional people. Highly recommend.

Rick and Fabian did a great job on the challenging gas line replacement on a 90 year old house. In the town we live in Bellville it is a constant struggle to find people that will respond. Rick is extremely trustworthy and tenacious at his craft. We will continue to use Early Birdie.

I was one of the 1000’s of busted pipe folks from 2021’s “Big Freeze”. Luckily one of my neighbors was using E.B. so after contacting, Rick arrived 4-5 days later around 7:00PM, located the leak (luckily only 1) and capped it giving me water again for showers. I think any other plumber was still weeks out so we were very fortunate Rick was able to get to us quick. The best part is he helped me obtain water restoration services for the water/mold clean-up. Somehow we were able to receive help weeks, maybe even months before any other company said they would come out. Most wouldn’t even give us an expected time-frame, heck the “big names” wouldn’t even take our call. Moral of the story Rick @ Early Birdie is a real life saver. A very friendly, easy going & honest person as well; yes, I said honest. Therefore do not hesitate to contact them as you WILL NOT be disappointed. Thank you Mr. Castillo!!

I was experiencing plumbing problems this morning, called Early Birdie and 30 minutes later they were at my door! Very professional, very prompt, very communicative & reasonable. He explained the entire process as he was working. 10/10 recommend! Don’t second guess it
