Reviews of local pros in Hempstead, Texas

Have used Richard and His plumbing services for years. Amazing quality work and fair prices. You can trust Early Birdie Plumbing. A+++++ Service and Quality.

Rick was out today to fix my sprinkler system.
He called before coming which I appreciated and went to work.
He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable,
and showed me what he was doing and explained it so I was able to understand.
There was another issue I had and he also addressed a plumbing issue.
Rick was and will always be my Plummer.
He is a hard worker and always reasonable in price!
You will never find a more honest and caring man for your plumbing needs.
Thanks Rick !

Extraordinary service personnel and knowledge of plumbing problem displayed at initial evaluation and then at final completion of job. Rick was recommended by a friend to whom I owe a huge debt of gratitude. I needed a new hot water heater. He carefully explained the problem, showed me on the vessel where it was located, and then recommended the path forward. During the replacement process, he showed me the calcium buildup in the pipes as well as the tank itself so there was no doubt that it was past its prime, way past it. Rick, who has a master plumbing license, and his apprentice who is working towards his journeyman license, were efficient, skilled, neat, and personable. The cost of the new tank and the installation was worth every penny and then some. I plan on signing up for the twice yearly maintenance offer because now I know how important it is to flush the tank twice a year.

A great company! Rick is very knowledgeable and professional. He and his team came to our rescue after a previous plumber (& builder) quit on us right in the middle of building our home. Rick and his team do what they say and they do it right. Highly recommend Early Birdie Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Very great company and on time at 6am. We will continue to use them and very excited about our handicap shower installation.

Amazing job! We called Rick because my parents had a really good, quality work experience with Rick and his team. My husband discovered a hot water heater leak and had contacted Rick. After analyzing the situation, his recommendation surprised us. He explained what he found in words and pictures & gave us 3 viable options. We chose the best option. Rick had his team at our home the next morning. They replaced 2 hot water heaters, made the physical adjustments for the new units, and had their roofing partner repair the roof and install the necessary new equipment. An accident required a minor repair. Rick's crew went above and beyond to repair the minor damage.

Bottomline: Early Birdie Plumbing replaced our leaking hot water heaters. The crews were well dressed, well spoken, but more importantly, well trained to perform an excellent job in a timely manner. We will call Rick for any plumbing concerns in our future and recommend that you so the same.

Rick and his crew are the most professional and knowledgeable crew I’ve ever experienced. It was no small job by any stretch. Everyone on the crew are extremely polite and well mannered and I can’t say enough good things about Early Birdie Plumbing!!!!

Outstanding customer service! Rick came out after sundown in below freezing temperatures to get our broken pipe fixed so we could have water to the house turned back on, and he did it with a smile on his face. He always puts the customer first and won't leave until the job is done, no matter the conditions. Can't recommend Early Birdie enough. Thank you, Rick!

We had Early Birdie come out Monday morning for a service on a shower drain that wasn’t draining. Fabian completed a check of all the related pipes and vents. It all looked ok. He explained the cost associated with the next step in diagnosing the issue and he solved our problem. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend this Company for your plumbing needs.
