I had a appointment sch for 3 to 8 pm. From my warranty company. Got a call the night before from Perry's Plumbing to offer me a appointment for the am. Company called and was on time. Wore gloves and a face covering, plus wiped his feet before entering. One he looked at the sink , he explained what needed tobe done to unclog the drain. Happy to say job will done. Will definitely use and share number with friends. 5 stars

Have used these guys twice (in one week). Had a outdoor pipe break at my house on a Sunday - phone call response/return was quick and appointment arranged for next day (my decision). Men that came out were professional, polite and respectful. Then Thursday morning I received a frantic call from my daughter whose shower was leaking/needed repair but she didn’t have a plumber and couldn’t miss work to arrange/wait. I conntaced Jon around 7:40 and explained what was happening and that I could only meet in a certain 2 hour window starting at 12:30. He worked with that, showed up at the beginning of that window and had shower repaired and was gone within an hour. I highly recommend this company!

He was very polite and professional. He handled my plumbing issue in a timely fashion!! He knew exactly what needed to be done and waisted no time providing that service. I will not only most definitely use his service again, but recommend him to all my friends and family!

Reckless drivers! Swerved into my lane with no lights on totally disregard my car had to pull into the emergency lane because of this careless driver. Had my niece in the back. Very unprofessional for someone driving a work truck let’s me know not to ever do business with them and tell my people to avoid.

Extremely happy with their service. We have used them twice with plumbing issues at our hair salon and they have been excellent both times. They take the time to explain the issue and both times were at the salon within 30 minutes or less from our call. Will use again if ever needed and recommend to family and friends.

They installed a new water heater, changing from a tankless system, and a water softener. It was a big job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and the fair price.

Even though I ended up going with another provider due to circumstances outside of my control, I truly appreciated how quickly and kindly they handled everything. Great experience with Horseshoe plumbing. I had drain pipe issues with a very old house and after having two other plumbers try and fix it, I called Horseshoe Plumbing. Justin came right out, did an inspection, gave his assessment, and offered me serval options to get it corrected.
Within two days my issues were finally solved. They operate quickly and use text and emails for communicating and invoicing making it very convenient and easy to use.
