Exceeded all expectations! My light-sand color carpet was very dirty and stained. Because of long-ago bad experiences with other carpet cleaning services I just let it go for nearly eight years using only my home steam cleaner until I couldn't stand the state of the carpet anymore. I wasn't expecting it to look great at the end because of its soiled and stained condition, but it does look great! What a nice surprise to have clean looking carpet again.
