Theiss made my dream side and backyard become a reality! The process was so easy and I felt heard the whole way through! Randy T came out for the consultation and was very collaborative. Randy M was my Customer Service liaison, who was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure the vision came to life! Gary and his crew were so hard working and focused on making things just right! I am thrilled and appreciative. This was worth every penny!

This is an amazing family operated landscaping business that we are glad we chose to do our backyard hardscaping & landscaping. As experienced gardeners it was very important to find a company that would listen to our needs and desires for our backyard dream. Justin Theiss did an awesome job listening to our goals for our backyard. and especially my vision. Of course like all plans there is always a need for adjustment and they were very flexible in making adjustments to our plans as needed or just because we wanted to make a change. They have a great crew and work together very well. They were professional, respectful, reliable, responsible, kind, and caring. There was always someone on the job that was in charge and mot days Justin & or Monty were at the job site. They cleaned up after each day and the communication was spot on. We also had some issues with some plantings that did not make it since this was done in the peak of summer last year but they made that good and just replaced a couple of trees this year in order to get them in before it gets scorching hot. We would definitely hire them again and have been recommending them to neighbors. I know of one neighbor that decided to use them and they are also very happy with them. Thank you Justin, Monty and the whole crew for making our dream come true. I will attach photos taken today which is 9 months later after we have made many additions to the plantings and our personal touch with our collection of yard art. We are very much looking forward to watching this garden grow and shower us with beauty. Our gardens are always evolving and this one will also. Enjoy and keep gardening!

If you’re looking for the cheapest landscaping company, Theiss is not for you. But if you are looking for high quality, excellent communication and professionalism, they’re well worth the cost. The staff and Theiss from top to bottom were courteous, respectful and communicative. They discussed every aspect of my project in detail to be sure I understood exactly the plan and cost. My yard looks great (will look better once spring hits and everyhing starts growing and blooming!) , the drainage issues are gone, and I am a happy customer.

I am very impressed with the Theiss team. Great communication with me about all parts of the project. They planted a brand new SUPER SIZED live oak tree for me in my front yard. They took great care of the tree through all stages of delivery and planting. They trimmed and shaped all of my overgrown bushes, plants, and trees, restaked them and refreshed all of our mulch. My front and backyard now look like a work of art!!

I wanted to have my front/backyard landscaping re-designed to have it look more intentional after trying to grow veggies (and a lot of weeds) over the years. Randy Theiss’ design is perfect for our space and addressed drainage issues we are having. Randy Morris was so helpful in coordinating the process of design and installation and their crew were knowledgeable and helpful in clearing out and planting all the new plants. We contacted Theiss Landscaping to have one flower bed installed with a statement piece that is a family heirloom and we wanted to enjoy. We gave them the freedom to create the space, as we knew they would have better ideas than us. We ended up having them put in two flower beds, pavers and sod. Theiss Landscaping is one of the best companies I’ve worked with. Their level of professionalism and courtesy is fantastic. Every employee we were in contact with, from the initial call to the gentleman doing the install had great attitudes and showed a commitment to care about their customers. We’ve been waiting to update our landscaping since we bought our house a few years ago and landed on Theiss after consulting with a few different companies. We chose them because of their professionalism and attention to detail and were pleased that the whole process was that and so much more. Our yard went from an after-thought to one of the highlights of our home!

Randy, who did our consultation, was great when it came to plant and flower recommendations based on our scope and preferences, and Matt, our customer service manager, was timely, attentive and helpful with all of our questions (because we were far from plant people…but trying to be)! Our installation was seamless and I really appreciated how the crew took the time to test everything out and do a thorough cleanup.

Post-installation, I truly appreciated the post-care instructions and availability and willingness to answer our questions. I highly recommend Theiss for any and all of your outdoor projects, you won’t be disappointed!

I consulted with several companies before selecting Theiss Landscaping, and I can confidently recommend them. From start to finish, I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. They performed a thorough on-site assessment, offered thoughtful recommendations, and provided detailed design work along with an itemized quote. Their team was professional and attentive to every detail, ensuring the final result was flawless. Although they weren’t the lowest-priced option, the quality and value of their work made the investment absolutely worthwhile. Theiss Landscape Works reset 400 square feet of Belgard Pavers under our pergola where the original base layer of packed sand was washing out and the pavers were very uneven. Theiss did an excellent job and added a Soldier Course of Holland Pavers around the edge. The patio now looks better than it did originally. The crews were efficient and kept us informed throughout the project. I definitely recommend Theiss and will hire them again if we have future projects.

The team at Theiss Landscape did an amazing job constructing a beautiful home for our tortoises. Not only were they thoughtful in their design but they were also very fast and completed the project in only 3 days! They listened to our concerns and offered solutions immediately. We recently had the privilege of working with Monty Thiess and his crew at Thiess Landscaping on the outdoor project for our new home. It was somewhat challenging due to the elevation of the property and the fact that construction was taking place on the home at the same time. Thiess Landscaping took on the challenge and did an outstanding job designing an overall plan, transitioning across the different elevations, leveling out the property when needed, adding appropriate drainage and a comprehensive sprinkler system, and installing all the plants, stone, and lighting.

Our team of experts assigned to our project included Matt, Randy, Gary, Steve, Sergio, Carmelo, Raymundo, Brody, Israel, Martin, Isaac and Michael. Each of them was extremely hard working and went above and beyond on absolutely everything! They patiently worked with us on the plant selections and were experts in helping us find drought tolerant plants that were deer and disease resistant. The were extremely hard working, efficient, and pleasant to work with. They even meticulously cleaned everything up at the end of the project!

The whole project went very smoothly and the final outcome from the layout to the plants to the exterior landscape lighting to the stonework is absolutely gorgeous! We could not be happier with the finished product and highly recommend Thiess Landscaping!
