I had heard horror stories from friends about building a pool and how long it takes. So, I did my research and found Fire Water Pools. The service from Lorena was top-notch! From dig to completion was 5 weeks, and that's a decent size pool with a hot tub, new decking, and a fire pit. The biggest issue was dealing with Centerpoint to get a gas line moved, and that had nothing to do with Fire Water Pools. I highly recommend this company! Communication was frequent, customer service was professional and positive, and my dream of owning a pool came true. Choosing Fire Water Pools was the best decision I could have made to bring my dream backyard oasis to life!

We needed to replaster and retile our 25 year old pool so contacted 6 companies including Firewater. We got quotes back from 3 but got a personal call from Firewater. After looking at quotes, we chose Firewater and so glad we did. We worked with Cathleen and she was amazing. Any question, and I had a lot, she answered gladly and quickly. The crew came out the next week and did a awesome job in 2 days! They even did a few extra repairs to our spa while they were there. The crew was very quick and did an excellent job! They cleaned up everything as they ended each day and made sure we knew what steps to take after we were ready to fill. We highly recommend Firewater Pools & Spas for any of your pool needs!!! Theiss Landscape Works recently designed and implemented landscaping for my back yard - which has open rod iron fencing overlooking a lake. Every step of the project was handled very professionally. The design is beautiful, and the team worked very hard to successfully realize that design. I highly recommend Theiss Landscape Works.

Quick and good communication up front. Great ideas and visual plans. Installation crew - amazing. I called again for "more" drainage work in the back as we better understand natural drainage plus I wanted 2 more beds in the back and fill dirt in areas that have settled post-construction (not related to Theiss's work)...crickets, followed by excuses. I followed up again to be told they'd be out to shoot elevations - Nada. Nothing. No follow up. Replied this morning to their last email (3 weeks ago) saying that their servicse were no longer needed as I'm moving on..."thank you for letting us know." Wow - guess they don't need the work, reviews, OR my project wasn't big enough - don't think the latter is the case.

This company was a pleasure to work with. Beautiful design, prompt arrivals, constant communication, stuck to budget, finished early. The entire crew-and sometimes 2 crews-were professional and polite. They respected our property and home and left a clean job site. Great attention to detail. We love our new backyard and couldn’t be happier!
