My first experience with Elshan was when he came out to resolve an issue with our gas cook top. He came out within a few hours of my support call. He was professional, thorough in his diagnostics and resolution actions. He provided feedback at a knowledge level comfortable for both my wife and I. His service charge was very fair.

Since this instance occurred last summer, he had to go into our garage to check power. We apologized to him for the heat. He noted that we might consider a mini-split AC. My wife and I discussed it and we agreed that a mini-split would help. I contacted him and Elshan provided all the specs to allow me to purchase the right model; including all related accessories. Elshan showed up on time on the installation day. He was meticulous in the installation actions. He made sure that everything was properly installed; well as, looked ‘clean and proper’. He provided a walk through so we knew how to effectively use it. He came back in two days to install pc pipe around the drain line so it would not get damaged. His price for this job was extremely fair.

We will definitely using Elshan in the future for our appliance needs. Also highly recommend that you consider him if you need any appliance and/or mini-split AC services.

Highly recommend! I’ve had many different appliance break downs and have had many people and companies come out but this is definitely the best and most knowledgeable one. Very polite and professional and was able to get both of my machines fixed the same day as he was already caring the parts! Very thankful🙏

Elshan was great. He came out the same day I called and diagnosed my issue and gave me options. There was no pressure to buy anything or spend money. He was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough.

Elshan was quick to come and troubleshoot our failing Samsung fridge, he was thorough and informative about what the process would be. He was not pushy and was able to fix our fridge in a few hours, he even gave us heads up of what to look out for and when to call him back if needed. He also helped me clean the fridge ( remove a large piece of glass that was difficult to clean and showed me how to easily take it apart and place the drawers/shelves back in place (they are tricky!)...wow! What a stand up guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Elshan was quick to come out and attempt to fix my washer. He was honest, which is rare these days, that to fix it would cost the same as buying a new washer, in labor and replacements parts costs. With honest service like that, you have to be doing something right! Should I need any other appliance repair, I will definitely be reaching out to Houston Pro Appliance Repair! Honesty from a company is amazing!
