They responded right away. They communicated with me throughout the process. They fixed my problem.

I made a delivery here. I had an appointment for delivery at 7 am. It took 2 hours to unload. Nice man who took the goods.

They did a fantastic job identifying the leak and repairing it with the minimum damage. It took them most of the day but they stuck with it and were extremely nice guys to boot.

Master plumber, Daniel was great. On time, professional, and very thorough. Issue quickly identified, fixed and double checked. Very pleased.

During this cold weather, we had several leaks. Even though they are "commercial" plumbers, they called me back to let me know they would help. Not only did they help, they came back time and time again when new leaks would pop up. I can't say enough about this company, thank you so much for your generosity and kindness. There are still good people in the world!

Jacob showed up within 2 hours from my call. He had a great professional attitude. And he cleared our clogged line in no time.

2nd Update: After their visit, a plumber was sent over to fix the water pressure, but my ceiling was never fixed.

UPDATE: Chris and Curtis came over to view the damage and see what happened. They're in the process of making things right, which is a huge relief. An even bigger relief is that they agree that, while some drips are to be expected with plumbing repairs, enough water to put a hole in a ceiling is completely out of line. Chris has offered to make sure that our water pressure is addressed ASAP, and the hole in the ceiling will be repaired as well.

UPDATE: Just discovered in the invoice they emailed to my fiancé that they forged my signature (because I would have been the one paying, not that the plumber ever bothered to talk to me). Further, when confronted with this, the person on the phone, Candace, tried to claim that the water damage in my master bathroom wasn't the plumbing team's fault. Funny. They were in the attic working on the pipes when the leak started in the exact place where they were working. In fact, you could see the plumber's assistant through the hole in the ceiling. Right there. So... Yeah, I guess my ceiling has a transdimensional portal to a parallel universe where the plumbing assistant caused the water damage?

Called Premier Plumbing (now Power Plumbing) to repair a pinhole leak above my main bathroom sink. When they arrived at 9:51 a.m., the plumbing assistant, Benny Torres, stayed on site while the master plumber, Daniel Torres, went to get supplies from somewhere offsite. By 10:33 a.m., there was a golf ball-sized hole in my master bathroom ceiling that was gushing cold water, drywall, and insulation. At 10:48 a.m., the master plumber had returned and addressed the new leak. By the time it stopped, it filled a two-gallon bucket 1/4 of the way with drywall and water and a three-gallon bucket halfway with water and insultation. And to be frank, I'm not sure if the original leak we needed fixed ever got addressed.

I think it's safe to call this a complete disaster.
