I was so amazed at the response of this AC company to our call. I called them for an AC installation, and they showed up after an hour. I would like to have them again if I will need AC service again.

The only reason I didn't check "on time" is because Mike and his crew were actually early! If you've been in El Paso any length of time, you know that's rare:). I can't say enough about how GRATEFUL I am for Mike. I've encountered a few angels that God sent my way since moving here and Mike is one of them. I have 2 units, one hadn't worked since I bought the house and the other one was in need of refrigerant. Well, the one needing refrigerant died over the weekend, and I had been told that I was going to have to replace both units. Mike stepped up, fixed both units and got me approved for financing for the repair. Now my home is cooler than it's ever been. My family and I are eternally grateful. Excellent service, highly recommend!!!

I called one way and they sent a friendly technician he did some things and told me to do some things and if the house was not cooler in a day to call back.

There was improvement but not enough , so I called them back and they showed up and after a half hour he gave me his diagnosis and a price we agreed on the service and cost and the house is cool and the system is working well

There are times that you are not sure if you called the right people to fix things I am 100% sure I called the right company to repair my air system from the lady on the phone to the great technician that arrived at my house and had to deal with my over friendly dogs who nipped at his ankles as he walked thru my house if you need service on your heating and cooling give one way a call you will not be disappointed

I’ve found my go to A/C repair company! I had a bad condensate pump and since my A/C was still cooling, I was ok with and expecting to wait a few days for someone to come out. Imagine my pleasant surprise when One Way said they could come out same day! From the get go, the woman I spoke with to set up the appointment was very professional and helpful and she was very transparent about a potential cost for the service call. She made me feel at ease when setting up the appointment and I appreciated her candidness. Secondly, Antwan and Miguel came out, even before they were scheduled to and got right to work. They were polite and professional, but also noted my Green Bay Packers paver out front, which I thought was a nice customer service touch. They walked me through everything and were done in maybe 30 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience!!

I contacted One-Way Heating and Air Conditioning to assess my AC unit, as it was not effectively cooling or turning on. After inspecting the unit, they informed my husband that we needed a new compressor, which would cost $3500 and was on an extreme backorder. They also attempted to persuade my husband to purchase a completely new unit of lower quality than the one currently installed in our home. Seeking a second opinion, I consulted the company that initially installed our unit. They identified a clog as the issue, stating that everything else was functioning properly and reassuring us that our unit had many more years of use ahead. I am very disappointed with One-Way Heating and Air Conditioning for their attempt to pressure us into purchasing an inferior new unit. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to others.

This company provided amazing service! The Assistant who took my call and the technicians who came out to service my AC were amazing! My AC was not working properly, and they came out within the hour of my call. They were quick straight to the point and extremely informative. Their extended, high-quality customer service led us to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan. We look forward to seeing them again for our fall maintenance appointment.
