Not happy about them informing my warranty company that my 2 year old refrigerator was missing a part when you didn't have the correct schematics. My refrigerator worked perfectly for almost 2 years. They wouldn't answer the phone when I had an issue . 3 service calls and still wasn't able to repair my refrigerator. They didn't even return my call. Why be unethical just to keep your standing with AHS?

This is the worse service ever that I had received. The wait for the gasket took more than a month to replace. Service started mid May and the fridge is still showing water condensation, and at 50-60 degree temp. I called twice today and they say that their technician will call back. I heard nothing. This is not the first time that this has happened.
Unfortunately I have to use their service because of Lowes warranty service. You have to go by their recommendation to have repairs done. -

Horrible experience do not recommend, after waiting 5 days for an appointment to fix a fridge/freezer. They sent someone that came in for 5 minutes wrote on a piece of not cooling, sealed system and left saying I need another appointment, and if it is a broken part it would be another appointment. If you do not want to wait 3 weeks to fix a fridge I recommend you go elsewhere.
