In December I had Natures Own come out and clean my chimney. They shared that we needed to rebrick and repaint the inside of our fireplace. They also mentioned that we needed a new damper. We agreed to all of the repairs and they ordered the pieces needed. Their second visit to our home a few weeks later they rebricked but said they could not repaint yet and that the new damper was ordered incorrectly so they would install it when they came back to paint. On the third visit they came to paint and said they could not install the damper because it was raining so they would call and reschedule for installation. I never received a call so I called them and they scheduled me a few weeks out. Unfortunately for my next appointment it was raining as well so they cancelled and said they would reschedule. They did not call so I called again and rescheduled again for a few weeks out. Sadly the next time it was raining again so we went through the process of rescheduling again. The next time they came out they said got all the way on the roof and said they ordered the wrong part so they left and I rescheduled with them yet again because they never called after ordering the new part. The next time I rescheduled I spoke with someone at the office and she said she triple checked the damper was correct and that this time they would get it right but low and behold when they showed up this week in APRIL the part was still wrong. The guy left and a few days later I got a call from natures own to reschedule , I explained my history with them and the girl said “ok I’ll make a note of it in your account.” That’s it, no apology, no let me talk to the manager, no let’s try and make it right, no let’s install the part at our expense because we it’s completely our fault that your chimney is still not working properly after five months. Needless to say we will not use them again. Just thought I would share since there are so many positive reviews for this company.

From start to finish my experience with Nature's Own was superior! A few of my friends referred me and I'm so glad that they did. The service was affordable and very quick. The staff was friendly. I was so happy to find this type of natural pest control within my budget. Highly recommended!!!

When looking for a chimney cleaning company, we Googled it. We came across this company and based on the fabulous reviews I read, I selected them. John was awesome. He came in, no fuss, no muss. He did everything by the book (or at least what I would think was by the book) and removed a clump from the chimney that we later realized was a dead animal.

We have a two story home with a tile roof. This makes the task of cleaning our gutters quite scary. Cleaning our 2-story chimney seemed impossible. After not getting a call back from the guys we had used for years, I got a recommendation for James with Chimney Sweep Houston. The guys that came to my house were super friendly, and actually showed up about 15 minutes early. They were very efficient, and even helped get some birds out of my fresh air intake - thankfully before there were any eggs laid! The guys were gone within an hour, and everything was done well. I hired Natures Own to sweep two chimneys and to clean a dryer vent. They arrived promptly, and the technician Ernest Tomayo was very friendly and did a great job. He was very careful to protect our furniture and carpet from fireplace dust. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Nature's own chimney cleaning did a great job repairing and cleaning our chimney. They came by on Monday and gave us a fair estimate to remove the old damper, clean and re-line the smoke chamber, and install a top damper. We live near the coast and the old bottom damper was rusted out and leaking with wind blown rain. I communicated the urgency of this work to Nature's own chimney cleaning and they were able to squeeze us in that Thursday.

Richard arrived early and explained what would be done. He did an amazing job of working fast and efficient while also maintaining a clean working area (which is big when you have small children. From start to finish it took around 2 hours.

I highly recommend Nature's own chimney cleaning if you're considering having a top damper installed. Make sure to ask for Richard. He does it right the first time and works on projects like they were in his own home. If you live near the coast with lots of wind/rain it's a must!

Zameric was wonderful to work with! He was very professional, and gave us a great rundown of the fixes we needed to update an older fireplace. He also went above and beyond and came back to our house after I initially missed his call. Overall, I couldn’t recommend him enough!

I have never had a fire place before, I did not even know you needed to get it cleaned! I thought that was something from Mary Poppins! But when I found out that I in fact needed to not only have it cleaned, but keep it cleaned to prevent a fire, I started searching the web.
I was new to the area and wasn't sure where to turn. A friend recommend Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning, and I called them right away. I explained that I was an NYer recently moved to Texas, and I had a lot to learn. The representative I spoke to was amazing. With the typical NY attitude, I expected to get someone who would take my inexperience and run with it.

Damien and Jordan are extremely kind professional guys! They came to clean my chimney and dryer vent and accomplished both in a timely manner. Both guys are very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I tossed their way.

Right off the bat, their customer service was awesome. I got a very detailed explanation on my first call to them, unlike the other three places I called. I scheduled the appointment, and the technician arrived on time and did some repairs and cleaned the chimney. He prepared the area against any dust or messes, and he was just as thorough explaining everything and what needed to be done. Went even further explaining things about my specific chimney and things I should look for in the future. My chimney works so much better now and the damper finally works again. I highly recommend on customer service alone. Very professional and thorough!

I was really bothered about the chimney and vents in my new house. They were grimy and scary. A total nightmare. Luckily, when a friend recommended Nature’s Own Chimney, all my chimney troubles just seem to disappear. What I really admire was their prompt, professional and effective method in tackling my chimney and vent issues. It was like they already understood my worries before I could speak. I never really expected to be visited by a team of friendly, insightful professionals. Within few minutes, the confines of my old chimney, vents, and probably dangerous-looking fireplace were sparkling new, literally. The nature’s own team arrived slightly before their scheduled visit. They were courteous, knowledgeable and had the appropriate tools to repair our chimney. The cleaning was good. They keep in mind about safety also.

James was phenomenal in his service today. We just needed the chimney cleaned and pilot turned back on, yearly inspection.

Anyway, James was friendly, funny, and courteous. He also showed up within his time allotment.

I happened to be on the phone when he showed up. He respectfully waited and said no word as I gestured where my fireplace is located.

Once I got off the phone, he stopped setting up to introduce himself. He specified the order of what he was going to do and got it done fast, yet thorough.

James is the one you should ask for. His personable, down-to-earth, and not pushy with any sales. He reiterated what I wanted before beginning work. He also verified if he had done everything I asked.
