I don’t usually take much time searching around for service providers. If a company comes highly recommended by multiple people, I’m all in. That’s exactly how I came across Surface Transformations, and I’m so glad I did!

From the moment I reached out, I was impressed. I expected a response the following day, but within 30 minutes, I had already heard back! They asked me to send a picture of my bathtub, and within no time, I received a quote along with a clear explanation of the charges. No back-and-forth, no confusion. Just straightforward, professional communication.

They scheduled the job for the weekend, and it was clear they had a well-organized process. On Friday, they came to strip the tub. On Saturday, they returned to apply the new coating, and by Sunday, they had completed the caulking. It was a smooth and efficient process, and you could tell they took their time with every step. The results? My tub looks brand new. I’m honestly amazed at the transformation!

My only regret? Not having them spray the entire shower wall as well. But they assured me that they can definitely come back to do that, so I’ll be calling them again when I’m ready to tackle that project.

Overall, I am beyond pleased with the results (and trust me, I’m a pretty picky person). If you’re considering surface refinishing, I can’t recommend Surface Transformations enough. Exceptional service, great communication, and top-quality results.

They are the absolute best and ONLY Company you should use. I had two sinks that were peeling and they came out and stripped the paint off the cast iron sinks and did not need to refinish did a patch on one sink and they looked brand new!!! Do not throw out the old sinks or tubs!!! This is way cheaper and they look completely brand new! Definitely using them
on the old sinks and tubs at my rent houses.

I found Surface Transformations while looking for options to refinish tubs and countertops in a rental property. This father and son team did an incredible job! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out. They transformed stained tubs and outdated brown tile into a clean, bright white finish that looks brand new. We needed our tub refinished to avoid taking it out and replacing it. It seemed like other companies I looked into experienced high turnover in their service people and posted not real/paid reviews.

I found Surface Transformations through reading Google reviews. They are a father/son team who knows their tubs and have a lot of experience. They're friendly and conscientious.

Good communication and a good value, the tub is nice and new looking. They vented the spray outside while doing the actual refinishing work (photo of window) and they ran an air scrubber overnight (red appliance in photo). There is no over spray (they taped up plastic for the spraying) and they were really careful with our doors and walls as they worked in our house.

When they arrived, they told us that the tub had been spray painted, which was an aha moment for me because it was never able to be scrubbed clean, although it was brand new. Removing that layer of paint and replacing the drain and overflow hardware were additional charges, but worth the cost and it all looks good now.

I recommend them! I'm glad for other reviewers that helped us find them.

Surface Transformations transformed our 42 year old tub with jets giving it a fresh new look. Their team arrived on time, covered our countertop and cabinets to prepare and left a filtering system overnight to take care of the smell. I am so grateful for their service.

David and his son were accessible, attentive, timely, and communicated well. They set and stuck with schedules and showed up before time. They were very informative, very detailed and precise in their workmanship, had all the best tools, and made sure i was completely satisfied before leaving.

They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company with out a doubt. Grade A+ for sure.

I scheduled a bathtub refinishing after a phone consultation on January 2. The consult went well, pricing was in line with competitors, and I was able to book an appointment for Monday, January 13 at 9:30 a.m., less than two weeks later. I was told the reglazing would be completed the same day, taking approximately four hours—consistent with what other companies quoted.

The morning of my appointment, the company canceled just two hours before the scheduled start time and rescheduled me for Thursday at 1:00 p.m. I asked what time the work would be finished if they started at 1:00, and I was told around 4:00 p.m. While I was unhappy with the last-minute change, I agreed.

On Thursday, David and his son arrived on time carrying only a couple bottles of Citristrip Paint & Varnish Stripping Gel. They asked me for paper towels, applied the product, told me to run the bathroom fan and block the door with towels to contain fumes, and then left after about 20 minutes.

Because I was working remotely, I didn’t immediately inspect the bathroom. After work, I found empty Citristrip containers on the bathroom floor and wadded-up paper towels left in the bathtub. I also noticed my newly installed black tub drain stopper had not been taped off and was stripped of its finish.

Out of concern, I read the Citristrip instructions, which clearly state that the product must be covered with plastic if left on for more than 30 minutes. No plastic had been used. I took photos and texted David. He called me within minutes.

When I calmly asked about the same-day completion, the product instructions, and the damaged drain stopper, the conversation escalated quickly. David repeatedly interrupted me and spoke to me in a raised and dismissive manner for questioning his process. I never raised my voice—I was simply asking reasonable questions about the work being done in my home. His response was defensive and unprofessional, and the call became concerning enough that I felt the need to disconnect.

Given the last-minute cancellation, poor communication, mess left behind, damage to my tub hardware, and the unprofessional phone call, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding and terminated the service.

David later returned and apologized, offering a discount to continue the job. However, I don’t do business with contractors who respond poorly to basic questions or communicate in a disrespectful manner.

This experience was very disappointing, especially given the positive reviews I had read beforehand. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those reviews.

They did a great job resurfacing and painting my tub and shower. Looks amazing! Pictures are before and after. They were on time, very professional and cleaned everything up.

We are so glad we found David of Surface Transformations. Our bathroom always looked dated. We hired David to just re-due the shower floor. He shared videos and photos of what he could do. We now have a gorgeous looking bathroom.

Surface Transformations is not a 1-day bathroom restoration. They take the time to deliver a quality product. Surface Transformations is IMO very reasonable price-wise.

The crew at Abry Brothers Foundation Repair came out and did the repairs and left my yard clean and the cracks in my house were closed up

Was supposed to have appointment today at 3PM. No one showed. I called and they said that it was cancelled supposedly by me. They in fact rescheduled from Friday to Monday the first time. Very unreliable.

Abry brothers crew came out and did a great job at my mothers house! They went out of there way to make sure my mother felt comfortable and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend Abry.

I had them rebuild a retaining wall 2 years ago. I paid half up front and they never completed the job. They refuse to finish till I pay the other half which was not to be paid until they finished. The retaining wall that was complete has holes in them.
