They were responsive during the entire process and did an outstanding job after outlining the scope of work. They cleaned my HVAC system and damaged ceiling area where we suffered water staining and mold. The affected areas were tested after the remediation work and found free of mold. Mundae likewise did an excellent job with restoration work of the ceiling and the area looks terrific! I was very pleased with the outcome and commend Ana, Mario, Mariano and their team for the outstanding customer service received from beginning to end.

Not only did they complete the job with great care and precision, but they also kept me updated throughout the day with progress reports. A special shoutout goes to Ana, the coordinator extraordinaire. She maintained constant communication, sometimes multiple times a day, through both email and phone. Her follow‑through on every detail made the entire process smooth and stress‑free.

What truly impressed me was the team’s attention to detail. They respected all the timing and regulatory requirements of my condo association and followed my personal requests—such as wearing shoe covers and ensuring proper floor protection—without hesitation.

I called Mundae to repair some water damage at a rental property. They scheduled some come out the next day and handled everything. The service was professional and even worked with my tenant for scheduling. The repair was seamless with excellent service. I would definitely recommend them.
