We came back from vacation to find a leak in our guest bath had destroyed much of the bath and living room. Mario from Mundae came out the next day to inspect the damages and give us a reasonably priced quote fully detailing the work required. He explained everything they would do in detail.

After accepting the quote, we scheduled the work. Two days later they quickly removed drywall, insulation, flooring, treated all studs and surfaces with an industrial grade antimicrobial, then left the HEPA filter, dehumidifier, and fans, to fully dry all of the cleaned up areas. The crew was respectful of our home, setting up barriers, covering furniture, and carefully extracting the damaged areas, making for a much easier rebuild. They even investigated an additional unrelated drip from our HVAC return, saving us another potential future issue. Four days later, Mario came out to test everything for moisture, then removed the equipment.

I’ll call Mundae if we ever need remediation work again. They do great work for a reasonable price with no surprise charges on the invoice after the work was done.
