I hired PuroClean after the Eaton Fire in CA, and while the cleaning itself was acceptable, some property was damaged and the experience with the Central Houston office who handled coordination and communication — has been extremely disappointing. Items were removed from our home without notice, I had to hound them for updates once a week even though daily updates were promised in the job quote. Prior to payment, responses were fairly prompt, usually within 24 hrs — after payment, the rep (Jacob Darden) stopped responding to my emails except to argue about why I shouldn't receive a refund for a 2 month late hygiene report that came back showing soot still in the house. I called Jacob to explain why a refund was warranted and received a verbal confirmation that a refund would happen. This was followed by continuing to ignore all emails over the course of 2 months of attempting to get a response. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I would advise anyone to avoid working with PuroClean.

Juan Esparza was great! He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous.

You would honestly have to see them at work to believe how good they are. Someone asked me what grade would I give them from 1-10 with 10 being the best ! My reply was with good conscience based on my experience I would have to grade them out at a 20.

My experience with Gabriel Dargin has been awesome so far. He is very focused on customer service and helping with any questions i had. He seems very knowledgeable of his work.

Highly highly recommend. Humberto and Gadi were extremely professional and helpful. They were able to remediate things at our property quickly. They took care to make sure areas were clean and when they left they left everything like nothing ever happened. If we ever run into anything needing remediation we will be calling them again!

Johnny Jones was very nice and very helpful helping me with everything that happened to my and answer all my questions I had he did a very excellent job I would highly recommend

We worked with Jeffery on our flood cleanup. He was GREAT. He walked us through the whole process and kept us in the loop the whole process. He was GREAT from start to finish.

What an absolute disaster! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. My mother’s house received water damage in December, they did not complete the work until August! Multiple project managers that quit, would not return calls, or follow up to emails. They have changed their prices multiple times, sent "complete" bills, then tried to bill again for the same service. They broke granite in the house, then tried to get us to pay for it.

Jasiya and Juan Carlos demonstrated great customer service. They were very knowledgeable with the work being done. Work was completed in a timely manner. Overall, these guys did an awesome job. I commend them on the work completed for the next phase of my home.

The experience started off very well communication was good and drop off and set up was good. However after that the experience was one of the worst I ever received or witnessed. Changed the pickup date 3 different times. Was 10 days late picking up the equipment however I still got charged for the 10 extra days they left the equipment at my house. Gabriel dargin had ensured me that I wouldn’t be charged if the insurance did not cover the job he said that to me on all three calls and also a text message. This company is highly unprofessional and dishonest I do not recommend them even to my worst enemy. Do not have them for your work!!

Gabriel wildly under estimated the extent and timing of the demo and pack out. He told us what we wanted to hear. In the moment. Then a new guy, Jeffrey was an absolute pain to work with. The job wasn’t completed. My contractors had to finish demo that PuroClean never did.

Gabriel as foreman on our job in Milwaukee was responsive, competent and compassionate. My parents had devastating losses from recent rains and he and his crews restored some peace of mind. The job was thorough and clean.

Julio was very courteous, professional and speedy! Hopefully we won’t have another disaster but if we do, Julio is our man!

Our home recently suffered substantial water damage. We contacted PuroClean, and they responded very quickly. They began de-watering and salvage the following day. Mr. Gabriel Dargin was the site supervisor and contact. Throughout the project, he was available, responsive, and treated us with respect and compassion. I truly appreciated presence and his work ethic. All the work was performed to my satisfaction, and consistent with scope of services outlined in the proposal. One issue, unrelated to Gabriel's performance, was the lack of English-speaking personnel (other than Gabriel) in the work crew. There were instances when the inability to effectively communicate with the crew became problematic.

Puroclean and Jenny’s crew were amazing! They took a fire, smoke and chemical damaged apartment to a cleaned, neatly packed space that was ready for a move. They alleviated so much stress for me when I was at rock bottom. There are no words for my gratitude.

Very professional and kept in contact and informed of entire process. All items removed were done in a clean professional manner. Debris/ Sheetrock were packaged and placed on curb side in organized manner for debris trucks to pick up.
Removal and cleanup were started and completed within a few days. This is a huge step into the rebuilding process for many in Southern Louisiana.
