When we had a fire caused by a vending machine, Michael Luttrell stepped in immediately and handled everything professionally and efficiently. Blackmon Mooring is the only restoration company we use, and Michael consistently keeps projects on schedule with clear communication throughout. He made a stressful situation smooth and manageable.

I would not use or recommend BMS. They showed up in our neighborhood after a storm where we had broken windows and brick was blown off the side of our house. It was 1pm when they said they could board up the windows to prevent further damage from the rain, however, they keep delaying the start time saying they were waiting on supplies. 4 hours later they said they were still waiting on the crew with supplies. They didn't start the job until 9:30pm and billed for AFTER HOUR CHARGES and the use of their GENERATOR. We were over charged and they did a poor job that had to be corrected by another company. I would never use Blackmon Mooring again.

This restoration company stepped in the moment I needed them. Their pricing was more than fair, but what really stood out was their team. Every employee I dealt with was incredible, and my sales rep Alix was on a different level. She answers her phone in the middle of the night, and if your property is underwater, she’ll show up in full scuba gear without hesitation. I truly can’t say enough good things about this company and about Alix.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There's no accountability and they hire thieves . An entire crew stole jewelry from me. That means the driver, the supervisor and the ten person crew were in on it. The damage to my home was extensive. They were heirlooms that cannot be replaced. Things I got from my deceased mother. Things I had from my home since I was 9 years old. They stole everything. The way this was handled by BM and Joe was a joke. Unfortunately if you dig a little this is a common thing that happens with this company.

Outstanding Project Coordination & Restoration Support

Mike was an excellent project coordinator throughout our home restoration process. From start to finish, he was professional, organized, and extremely responsive. He kept everything on track, clearly communicated timelines and next steps, and made sure every detail was handled properly.

What really stood out was Mike’s commitment to making a stressful situation easier. He answered questions promptly, coordinated crews efficiently, and followed up to ensure the work was done right. His knowledge of restoration services and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way.

I highly recommend Mike to anyone needing restoration services. He’s dependable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about delivering quality results.

A large group of workers came to pick up my items. Some of the workers were not working like they should. My furniture and belongings were not given the proper care. Some of my furniture was damaged. I was told I would be compensated for a large desk they broke. I was without my bedroom set for a few months as hardware was lost. Some household items were damaged or broken. My formal dining room chairs were cleaned when they should’ve been considered a loss. I had to reupholster them. One leg of my entertainment center was broken. My bicycle was misaligned. God only knows where my furniture was stored. They left piles of items: clothes, my wedding dress, roomba, papers, buckets, in the corner of the garage. In the bedroom pictures of my kids were left on the floor. Half of my belongings were delivered because the other half had not been cleaned. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the desk and other items. Jerrod said the person who would compensate me was on vacation and would take care of me as soon as she returned. That was over a month ago. The workers who delivered my furniture did do a good job. Overall, I am disappointed with this firm which is supposed to be top notch. I would not recommend it!

Great experience from start to finish. Randy and Greg were responsive, flexible, and went above and beyond—meeting early to accommodate my schedule and staying on top of the insurance process. The crew was professional, communicative, and did excellent work, with special thanks to Abel for making sure we understood everything along the way. While there were a few minor hiccups, they were handled well, and the end result was a 100% win—I would gladly recommend this team.

The company has been great all around, and Michael is particular has been an outstanding representative.

Gabriel came out to give me an estimate and was very supportive and genuine about wanting to help. I still have a couple more estimates to get, but he definitely put me at ease during a difficult situation. 10/10, definitely high on my list!

1. Beard is quite possibly the best I’ve seen in roughly 3 months. I shaved mine and I completely envy his. Really expected to give him a beard hug but that’s more of a second time thing.

2. Very friendly! Very professional! Answered questions my wife and I had! I would recommend him 13 times over.

Nobody wants to go through anything that requires remediation but it makes it so much easier when you’re fully informed, arrivals are prompt, and the job gets done efficiently.
