*1: Unathurized entry to residence(9/18/17) before scheduled time(9/19/2017). Even after confirming with the tenets that they can have extra time(9/21/2017). *2. Taking everything and lunging it out side into a pile. Some had water damage but not all. Such as years of pricless photos of friends and family , or peices in a china cabinet that has been in the family for years.(wouldn't be a problem if 'COREY' had stuck to the aggreed time and date. *3: If you put your finger in a womans face and tell her to "hang-on sweetheart" and keep trying to blame what you did on miss communication, you better learn how to be a man real quick, and what the word reasponsiblity means real fast. (even if there was a miss communication, you still entered one day before the agreed date that was agreed to with the managment of the complex.)
~Ya'll need to read your 'About me' section on your website. Just to remind ya'll that you forgot it~ Harvey took just about everything from these people, and you just finished the job for it. Then you tell them nothing you can do about it? Well its a good thing they document everything, proving that it's on you. So at least you don't have a leg to stand on, except a guy saying "it was a miss communication".

Have been doing work at my townhouse as they are under contract or some sort of agreement with the community (I.e. against my will)
1st my ac unit was shifted on the slab and copper lines stepped on and bent into the ground.

2nd time they worked at my house I called to complain about their crew at my home and they told me they did not even have any women on their labor team. So why was there a woman at my house with their crew if they don’t even employee any women on their crews??

I told them on the phone before 3rd time they came onto my property DO NOT STEP ON MY A/C UNIT!
Came home to find paint footprints on it and the top dented in. My patio was left a mess, hose taken out and left on.

This is how the company operates. 1st time can be passed off as an accident, 2nd time can be a quality control problem, 3rd is they just don’t care! I’ve talked to everyone in the office, they don’t care either.

They have been doing work at our Condo project. They blocked the sidewalks so they did not have to walk far, blocking residents from their homes. They trampled the flowerbeds damaging the folage, stacked lumber on top of plants, tossed chairs from patios in the flower beds and put tools, tape, etc on the chairs belonging to other residents. The on-site supervisors are rude and don't really care except for their work. The project management and Company personnel in the office are unresponsive and don't really seem to care what is going on at the project.

The crews park illegally blocking sidewalks and access points. And today they cut the cable and then told us it was our issue to get it repaired.

I would not hire these people for any project!

This group of contractors parked their van and long trailers in a no parking zone which had red paint in the concrete stating, “Fire Zone - No Parking,” on it. There were multiple no parking signs right where they parked.

I asked them to please park elsewhere, and they said they would move in just a few minutes. Then, they said to one another, “More like 45 minutes or more,” in Spanish which I am fluent in.

I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to any of my neighbors. I will also go out of my way to let others know about how they are rude, ignorant, arrogant, and unprofessional.

To clarify, I could not pull my car out of the garage because of where they parked. Unfortunately, I cut my hand badly cooking and needed to go get stitches. I’m considering pressing charges, especially when I get the bill from the emergency room!!!

After I had a stucco inspection performed, I hired Frank out of 5 other contractors. Hid bid was thorough and was among the most cost competitive. Frank did not stop until he was confident he found the root cause of the leak. Frank is very detailed oriented and thorough which is rare among contractors. He responded quickly to my questions which were numerous. I can't say enough about his responsiveness. His crew showed up on time every day and worked very hard through this brutal Houston heat. Frank doesn't cut corners and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him for any stucco work you need.

Richard and his team were exceptional: we had several construction challenges and Richard’s expertise and thorough work was impressive.

We had roof repaired. The work performed saved us a future problem by repairing before it turned into a bigger issue.

Richard also undated our windows to dual pane and fixed our older HVAC and redid our front drive and culvert.

Richard’s knowledge of our building and practical solutions were invaluable. His team is experienced very responsive and professional quality work at a fair price , providing a long term solution for our building as we prepare to have a facility to handle future growth

We reached out to Big City Construction in urgent need of a shower renovation. Finding a trustworthy contractor can be difficult, but we felt very comfortable with Ray and Arantza. They provided very detailed quotes and we were able to customize our final project scope. The attention to detail and itemization was really useful and set Big City apart from other companies. The construction crew was respectful of our instructions around the property, kind, and did great work! We discussed the work completed each day with Ray or one of the crew members and they ensured all of our concerns were eased. We love our new shower!
