We did lots of online research and vetted companies referred by friends before selecting Big City for our kitchen, primary bath and guest bath remodel project. Ray got back to us quickly and provided an accurate and fair bid. From the first day of demo, Beto and Ruben were on-site and attentive to every detail, including protecting our home and possessions. They cleaned up at the end of each day so our home was livable throughout the process. When we ran in to the inevitable setback, Ray and team were on it and worked quickly to get back on schedule including working on a couple of weekends. The finished product met our high expectations and we are very pleased overall. We can confidently recommend Big City to anyone seeking quality work, reasonable prices, attentive service and a partner with integrity.

Why even have a phone number when you can't ever get a hold of anyone at their office, no receptionist either to direct a call.

Pouring concrete at 4am weekdays and weekends is just not right. The noise is horrible. Archcon does not care about our community.

Had hail damage on our roof and damage from a tree falling on the corner of the roof as well, Nathaniel came out and inspected roof with the insurance company and had it replaced a week later, fast install, great response time and quality work, very happy and would definitely recommend to anyone needing quality work done!
