Do NOT do business with Julian. Slick individual. Will have you waste 4 days on a load that's not even paying enough for 2 days and will act ndumb when you start asking questions.
Picked up this load at Kingspan in DeLand, FL.
Went there at 11am . Left at 7pm. All day in Florida heat, all they have is a porter potty(in Florida sun it becomes a urine sauna) for tens of truckers every day. Called Julian and told the mfer that I need the phone number of the broker responsible for this load.
Julian, as most slick individuals, doesn't lack a bit of theatricals and acts like he doesn't understand that you just wasted your whole day on this load without even leaving the town and will not give you the broker name or number(as Julian says "my guy's phone number"). Why would you want the broker number and name? Because the broker paid two grand on a thousand miles trip. It's impossible to justify financially spending 4 days on it, so naturally I will look for ways to let other folks know: "Do not do business with Julian from Space City Const. or Lydell Wilson from Ryder Logistics. But that's what Julian and "his guy from Ryder" Lydell(A.J.) Wilson had us do: at least 7 trucks ordered for the same day pick up(we all wasted a whole day just picking up) then you need to drive two days(to cover the thousand miles) then you need to waste all day on delivery because the job site is tight as Julian's jeans so there's only one truck arriving at a time which means you just wasted a fourth day on a load that ain't even paid enough for two days. Do NOT do business with Julian. Guess how much Kinspan pays for these loads? Three grand. How much Lydell Wilson and Julian will pay? Two grand. Julian will do everything posible to not give you the broker number... Let me find out you get a share of my grand, Julian....

Julian will have you waste time, money and gray hair. Went to DeLand, FL to pick up this 2000$ load from Kingspan. There were multiple other trucks going to this Space City Construction inc. job site. Some got paid 3000 some got paid 2000. Neither 3 nor 2 thousand ain't enough for me to spend all day at Kingspan then two days on the road then spend a whole day waiting for Julian to figure out how he's going to unload ten trucks that all showed up at the same time(in the early morning so that maybe maybe maybe we don't waste another day on this worthless dude, his worthless business, his worthless broker Lydell Wilson from Ryder Logistics, and his worthless load of plastic panels) at this busy busy busy job site in this busy busy busy New Jersey state city.
There are plenty of loads that will have you waste lots of time but if the shipper, broker and the receiver are honest people they will be upfront about the time wasted and they will make it worthwhile($$$) for the trucker. That's not what Julian(Space City Construction)and his partner Lydell Wilson(Ryder Logistics) do: they hide crucial information and when you start looking for answers they hide themselves.
Dishonest people. Do NOT do business with Julian.

I would never consider doing business with Sean Whitehead the owner. He is a very racist individual with no moral or respect in regards to other people. It’s quite saddening we still live in this day in age.

They do great work. Eddie makes sure all the details are neat and tidy and his teams knows that -- so they do a great job in the first place. Very happy with them.

Good experience with Eddie and his team. They were able to source the product brands we wanted and had a skilled specialist do the installation.

Scheduling took time and effort.

I took off work early to make an appointment I had for an appraisal and no one ever showed up. The person in contact with me about the appointment was pretty unprofessional - just texting, bad grammar, multiple texts that could have been condensed. She obviously did not touch base with me the day of my appointment and when I called she made excuses, told me he was "probably on the way" , couldn't get a hold of him, etc. Should have stayed at work, all they did was cost me money.

I have used Reliant Construction for several remodeling projects, a roof replacement and most recently, a patio extension with a custom cover. I have always been impressed with the quality of work performed, the reliability of the project team and overall results delivered. I have recommended them to many people I know and will continue to do so.

Joe got in touch with us within 10 minutes of us reaching out. He was willing to negotiate and really understood our project and how to complete it. We reached an agreement and his crew did a phenomenal job! We are very happy with their work and will be using them again.

I am thrilled with my new patio cover. Reliant made sure that it was constructed exactly as I wanted. It's beautiful!
