Extremely satisfied with the outcome of my office. From beginning to end the level of transparency, professionalism, and work has been outstanding. Would recommend without hesitation.

I highly recommend every contractor to stay AWAY from them. They do charge backs for no reason. If you get a contract with HM be sure you get the contract for the same amount you were agree. THIS COMPANY LIKES TO PLAY DIRTY.

HM General Contractors completed a build out for a new Pearle Vision location. Their responsiveness, attention to detail and communication was second to none.

Electrical, also. I'd use HM again - specifically want to recognize Jose Villafana & Ben Aylieff for their attention. We had a plan, modified a few things, all came together - looks good.

Just finished my state of the art practice and the result is just amazing. Building a practice from scratch you have your expectations of being delivered a great product, but working with Ben has ben such a streamlined process and what really topped it, was it was Finished on time with no delays even though there were hiccups due to weather. Very satisfied and looking forward to this relationship for future projects.

We had the pleasure to work with Mike and Jesus in the design of our new office, the process was totally awesome, they listen to all our comments , gave excellent feedback, and our final MEP are just what we envision.Thanks to HM for their excellent job.

HM helped us to deliver 3 Medical Centers on time and on budget. These were complicated projects and they worked diligently to support the efforts of our business. Job Well Done.

We had a hard time with this property due to it being a grey shell and some issues with the utilities and the original property manager. Luke Judd was always pleasant, on-time and communicative with what was transpiring. I liked them so much that I signed with them immediately to do my second location.

They do not pay their bills. We completed a project for them at Limestone Hills Orthodontics / V Orthodontics back on Friday, April 8th 2022. The building has been fully completed and is up and running for business. It has now been over 7 months and we still have not received payment. Samuel Neal the Vice President of HM and Jennifer Polasek have not responded to any of our emails or calls. Pay your bills.

I have worked with Mike Newhouse and his team since 2010. I find them to consistently be in budget and on time and sometimes ahead of schedule. Melissa constantly impresses me with her quick response to anything I needed. Having Hm General Contractors as a part of my team is a huge asset to my business.

My office turned out beautiful. Weekly I have patients tell me this is the nicest dental office they have been in.

Anytime you do construction you can expect bumps in the road but anytime I had problems, Mike and Ben were there to help. The best part is how they made sure things turned out how I envisioned them.

I had a great experience working with HM General Contractors as they helped me build my first office from the ground up. The end result was fantastic, and our patients always comment on how nice our office is.

I got a small project done and paid them. Two months after the completion of the project, the subcontractor under them called my office that HM never paid them and they are going out of business. I am trying to contact HM but no one is picking up the phone. I paid HM for the work, now if they didn.t pay their subcontractors, it's not my problem. Maybe, they are actually going out of business and that's why no one is responding back.

HM did a wonderful job on our office! The design came out as we envisioned our office to look. The build out process was on time as promised! Neil, Harold, and Brandon were great!

HM did an awesome job of guiding us through the way of building our office. They kept us informed each step of the way thru permits, inspections, walk thrus, etc. Design process was seamless and stayed on budget. Luke was on site daily and kept us up to date on the progress. He was always responsive to our requests, big or small!

It was a great experience working with HM General Contractors. Ben Aylief coordinated a meeting with Jesus Lozano who helped us to develop this project putting all our ideas together ending up with a beautiful Orthodontic office. Oscar Diaz, who was in charge of the construction, was always available to answer any questions or concerns.
