Fantastic stucco repair. Prior company repaired two years ago and the cracks came back. Frank (owner) gave me a very fair quote and his crew was here daily for over two weeks. Work was 1st class!

I had to have drywall repair at my home due to a leak. Frank at solid construction made everything so easy. He managed this project from beginning to end in such a timely and professional manner. The end result was great. This company will be my go to from now on.

They did an excellent job repairing our balcony as well as a leaky window that was incorrectly installed by a previous contractor. The crew was also very courteous and professional. There was good communication during the project and they stayed on time and on budget. I’ve also been very happy with the quick responses to questions and follow up after the job was completed.

Amazing job!!! Amazed with the amount of time it took Solid Construction to fix my house up . I needed my house remodeled in a short amount of time back in November so it could be ready for the holidays. I forgot to write a review for this company then and here I am again today. Needed his work for a trailer I just bought down in Cleveland not too long ago. It’s already fixed and up for any one to rent. Love the work, detail and time he puts into his work. Highly recommend!

Let me start by disclosing that I’m an architect with over 30 years of experience. While most companies or even architects would not be familiar with incorporating a drainage plain in to stucco construction (believe me, this is the way it should be done), I was pleasantly surprised that Frank was already familiar with the concept and was willing to incorporate this technique in to my stucco repair. You will probably not use this technique, but I’m sure Frank could do “typical” 3-coat stucco and would do it well. I recommend him to my friends.

Solid Construction replaced my roof and sealed and painted some siding which was leaking. Frank was very communicative and transparent. The lads on site did a fantastic job, in addition to being friendly and respectful. I give high marks for technical and aesthetic quality. We are much more confident heading into the summer storm season. Highly recommended!!

Frank was very responsive and honest on recommendations for stucco remediation work to be conducted. In addition, he and his team went above and beyond to verify water damage and see that all issues were rectified. It was a pleasure working with him and his team and would recommend and use Solid for future Stucco repair, sealant and painting scopes.

After interviewing several contractors and reviewing their contracts, I chose Solid Construction to seal my house and to find the cause of a long-time leak in a three story wall. During that process, mold was discovered and a large portion of the wall had to be demolished, the mold remediated and the wall reconstructed.

Solid Construction‘s price was fair and the contract terms were fair and reasonable. The owner, Frank, was easy to work with and was always responsive and willing to meet my needs. Most important, he’s honest.

Frank and team really came through for us, not once but twice. We had quite a bit of stucco issues including some serous rot. Frank was very professional at every step, as were his employees seeing us through our first major set of stucco issues.

The estimate was clear, easy to read, and he came out to walk me through it, making sure i really understood things. He provided updates along with photos throughout the process. In the end, the house/stucco was now replaced, sealed, and secure.

Frank really came through the second time when we requested his assistance in the final weeks of selling/closing on our home due to an incorrect stucco inspection (buyers inspector, not performed by solid construction). He made room for us in his busy schedule to ensure whatever work that might have been needed would be repaired in time for the sale, even providing a detailed report showing how the new stucco inspection was incorrect (there was nothing wrong with our stucco), giving our buy the confidence to proceed with the purchase.

It's good to know that in a world of contractors that you can never get ahold or that follow up, Frank will be there to assist you to the best of his ability (he is a busy guy). Ensuring his clients needs are met and In my case, within a matter of days. He probably saved me from a mild stroke during the sale of our house. lol not lol.

Recently hired Solid Construction to do some preventative maintenance on my stucco home, as well as paint my rot iron fencing and balcony railing. The overall experience was fantastic. We bid the project out to numerous different contractors and Solid was very competitive. What really set them apart was that the owner (Frank) was the only person to actually show up at my house and talk through the project. We had numerous conversations regarding the statement of work and Frank did a good job of advising me what items were important and which items could wait for later. He was all very good about give me price quotes for possible change orders, usually within a day or less. The project started promptly and the work the company performed was excellent. During the project, I accidently overpaid Frank by about a $100 in one of the draws. It was not a lot of money given the size of the project, but he caught it and let me know during the next draw. I would not have noticed if he had not said anything, so his honesty was not lost on me. If you are looking for a contractor who is honest and will shoot you straight, I would recommend giving Solid Construction a call.

We needed stucco repair that included wood damage done ASAP since we were selling our house. Solid construction was able to provide a reasonable quote and start on the project soon so we could close on time. They did great work and the work looks new and cleaned up the work area well too.

Frank and crew did stucco replacement and installation, along with replacing the front steps and decking. I wish the kind of work they did, had been done on the house initially. The guys knew what they were doing and diligent about it. They did a first class job and I would use them again. My neighbor , who is in construction watched what they were doing and said he was impressed. We have a new house and we are thankful for the chance to work with them.

Frank has been with us every step of the way since we bought this house in 2018. This house has required a ton of work and Frank and his team have been able to do just about ALL of the work for us with the exception of new HVAC units. Frank is quick to respond, fair and honest. Frank and his team did a great job on our stucco repair. They went above and beyond to finish the job on time despite poor weather. Frank personally came and reviewed the work done, and made sure to send his team back to fix some minor issues that he noticed. Aesthetically, the home looks great--they did a great job of blending in the new stucco with the old stucco, and you can't tell where one stops and the other begins.

Frank and team did stucco repair work and fully painted the outside of our house.
