I want to thank KA Construction for doing an outstanding job on our home project. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the results, and my wife is absolutely over the moon.

We’ve lived in our home for two years and hadn’t done much to it, mainly due to the chaos of having three kids under 8. We finally decided to move forward with several custom upgrades: a built-in desk for my office, fluted accents on our rotunda walls, picture framing in the living room, and beautifully crafted floating shelves and a cabinet near the fireplace. Every detail turned out better than we imagined.

Beyond the finished work, I was truly impressed with the KA crew. Everyone who entered our home was polite, respectful, and professional. They removed their shoes, laid down and taped protective walkways, cleaned up daily, and did their best to be minimally intrusive. They were accommodating with every request and always made sure we were happy. I told Joe, the owner, that his team is truly top-notch.

A few people deserve special recognition. Paul, our project manager, kept us informed daily about schedules, showed up on-site to ensure everything was running smoothly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the project. His level of care and attention really stood out. Dennis did exceptional work on the rotunda—sanding, perfecting, and painting a very challenging curved surface with great attention to detail. And David, one of the painters, was incredibly meticulous with both stain and paint. He handled all of my touch-up requests with patience and professionalism, never once making me feel like I was asking too much.

Now that the project is complete, it has motivated my wife and me to clean, organize, and truly turn our house into a home. That motivation wouldn’t be there without the incredible work KA Construction delivered. Thank you again for an amazing experience and for getting us on the right track heading into 2026.

KA Housing provided quick and efficient service, fixing a broken window and installing custom lights to our satisfaction. Love that we get to change the light colors and brightness level! Paul was professional and prompt. Highly recommended them!

I had some work done at my old house and KA Construction did an amazing job. This was a small job for them as I know they also do full remodels, kitchen, and bathroom renovations. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and communicative company, I would highly consider this one. We hired KA Construction to do a complete remodel of our Memorial home that was built in the 1960’s. While remodels are inherently stressful, KA Construction did an amazing job of working with us from start to finish, including communicating with us on a regular basis. This was our fifth remodeling project. KA Construction stood out as a contractor because they care about end product. KA recognizes that it is not just about getting the job done, but it is also about design and practicality and working with us to bring our vision to life. KA provided us recommendations on designers and materials as needed, understood our vision and gave us feedback on various design choices based on their experience. They also stayed on schedule and in fact followed up with us on orders and logistics to make sure that everything stayed on schedule. We’ve been living in the house now for almost two years and have found no issues. We plan to call them again for our next project.

They took their time with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my bathroom renovation. This was my first attempt at creating something from scratch. They were very patient with me with my brainchild and all of my many modifications. They care about their clients satisfaction which made this process easier and less stressful. KA Construction & Remodeling did an amazing job at our boutique. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They completed everything in just 2 ½ weeks, which was way faster than I expected, and the quality of work was excellent. Communication was clear throughout the project, and they made the whole process stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them for any remodeling needs!

I’ve used KA Construction three times now and their quality of work has been superb each time. On this project, I had the sink, faucet, plumbing, and under cabinet replaced with Paul and his team. They were amazing, they got my job scheduled quickly and finished fast so that we hardly skipped a beat!
