After working with a different contractor following the job we did with Cline construction, I can confidently say that this is not a company I would work with again. Some positives: the ladies who work there that I talked to on the phone for scheduling and other things were helpful and kind. The person that they contract out to build the Cabinets To Go cabinets was amazing and detailed and thorough.
Other than that, there were SO MANY frustrating problems. Since this was our first renovation experience, we thought maybe that was just the name of the game. Now we know that it's not. First, they were able to get the entire kitchen torn out in one day. Then it just sat there for days with no communication about what work was to be done next, by whom, and when to expect them. Second, they installed a GAS LINE improperly on BOTH ENDS. We had to evacuate the house with our baby at 3am because our house smelled like gas. We had to call the gas company to come out. The guy from the gas company asked me, "Did you just have some friend do this work? This can't be done by a professional." When I called the contractor, he had no sense of urgency. He took his time getting there to fix it. They did waive the fee for the line installation, but the whole ordeal cost me a PTO day at work. Next, they installed the backsplash and it was jagged and chipped and not cut to the same length. The corners weren't straight. There were holes and cracks in the grout. They had to take 3 days to redo it. They paid for the materials, but the outcome still isn't that great. My husband heard the contractor telling the worker how to install the backsplash the second time. Why would they have someone do work who isn't trained in it? It was the same guy who messed up the gas line, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was his first time doing that, too! Unacceptable! Finally, there are soft spots in our floors because they "couldn't fill them in." They did not use any self leveler or anything before putting the floor down, so our fridge is at an angle. He did try to fix one spot of the floor when we said there was still a soft spot, but he just filled it with glue and we still have glue coming out from under the floor over 2 months later. There’s also clearly areas where they just put a very then layer of paint and didn’t check to make sure old paint was covered. My husband and I are fairly young, so it really just felt like they thought we weren't going to care that they did bad work. I think they assumed we wouldn't know better, and that's how I felt I was treated. Overall, I think the job took way longer than necessary and it was a very frustrating experience. Our kitchen looks nice from afar, but there are lots of issues we notice living in it everyday, which is extremely frustrating for how much we paid for the work.

Cline Construction is a company that I have used in both my personal and professional life. I have always been able to count on them in my home, with my customers when I sold kitchens etc, and in our commercial spaces when we needed work done. The owner Ryan is a very devoted and hard work person, that has proven himself trustworthy over the 9+ years I have worked with him. I highly recommend using this company.

Ryan and his team were the best from start to finish. His crew was knowledgeable, punctual and trustworthy. My project came in on budget and on time. Even after we finished, Ryan still answers calls and is always happy to assist with any additional items

Their work has included a full kitchen remodel, three bathroom renovations, a laundry room build-out, custom and prefabricated cabinet installations, window replacements, closet construction, and more. Every project was completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of craftsmanship. The company owners and their team have always been professional, reliable, and easy to work with. This company showed up when they said they would, did excellent work on time, and had really responsive and flexible customer service. They repaired our roof, the supports under it after the tree fell on us, performed interior water damage repair, and got our fence up so quickly. My fiancé has some experience with flipping homes, and I was raised by a painting/drywall contractor. We were really pleased with the work and our working relationship. Fully recommend!

Worked with Ryan and his team on our kitchen, butler's pantry and entertainment wall in our living room. From start to finish, Ryan and his team (Nathan and Tod, especially) were communicative, transparent and true to their word. This was our first renovation project, and they were patient, kind and helpful every step of the way. We loved how the final product turned out and how our home feels.

Cline did a complete kitchen remodel for us and the end result is beautiful. Sean Newsom was our project manager and he was fantastic. The painter, plumber, and electrician were also excellent and all very professional. They kept the job site clean and were flexible if changes were recommended. Sean is very knowledgeable, honest and provided great advise and direction throughout the process. Cline also honored the original quote as I understand a lot of remodel companies try to tack on additional unforeseen cost during and at the end of the job.
