I highly recommend Tecto Construction . From Mr.Davis to his crews he offers may different trades from helping us with our commercial properties to Residential Builds . Tecto did a great job replacing our metal roof of over 3500 sqft on our church property and building us an 2,500 sqft 4 bed 2 bathroom modern home !!!! Very straightforward guy and also he has an awesome personality. He also is very affordable! Again Thank you to the Tecto Construction Team !!!!!

I had an extremely positive experience working with this company. It was for a commercial construction build out. The initial quote was a bit higher than my other quotes, but not by much. I opted to go with them anyway. This turned out to be an excellent decision. There were a few unforeseen things which needed to be done. They knocked them out and with zero change orders. The end result was high quality and I will definitely hire them again for my next project.

Texas General did an excellent job rehabing a unit for us after a fire. From the beginning, they handled everything very professionally and made what could have been a stressful process much easier. They worked through all the required permits and coordinated the project smoothly, which was a huge!

Communication was clear, timelines were reasonable, and the work was done well. It was great having a contractor that could manage both the construction and the permitting process without constant follow-up. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Texas General for similar projects.

On 02/11/2016, my residence was involved in a house fire while I was out of the Country. On 02/12/2016, I was notified by my neighbor that the locks had been changed and contractor Tim Barnes had the replacement Key. I sent a text message to Tim requesting for him to give the key to my neighbor, Tim never responded. Multiple e-mails including telephone calls were sent to the H.O.A. regarding Texas General Contractors leaving the doors to my unit wide open, unattended and/or unsecured. There was no reason for this as I had given a spare key to Spencer, another representative at Texas General Contractors. At one point when I began to secure my unit Tim became upset and raising his voice at me in the presence of my friends and family. This behavior is extremely Unprofessional, Unethical and Uncalled for. Although, there was definitely lack of communication to the Tenant occupying this Unit, I hope that other Employees from Texas General Contractors do not conduct themselves in this manner! I worked with Tim from TGC originally on the scope of work and estimate for my facility and he was very responsive and laid it all out in a no BS way. He made me feel comfortable with the process showing me how it was done. I worked with Bryan throughout the work and he was very responsive either by call or text. There were many areas where he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. And was here daily to make sure progress was being made. We had a very tight deadline to meet and I was concerned that no one would be able to meet it but Bryan reassured me that they would have it done on time. They were able to beat the deadline by a few days. I had an additional request I made as a change order and they were very responsive and catered to my needs.

Our parents' home was flooded due to a broken pipe in the attic. Texas General Contractors were at their home within 2 hours from the time I called the insurance company. They did an awesome job during the drying process. When removing sheetrock, they cleaned the areas and carried away all trash. Since the equipment had to stay in the house for several days, someone came by daily to check the house. Even after the job was completed, Alex called me to check on my parents and the progress of the renovation.
I would highly recommend this company if you ever need a someone for water mitigation.
