We recently got a new roof. Eric and his crew did an outstanding job from beginning to end! They were professional, extremely neat and very considerate of the surroundings (landscape etc.) Corey Construction exceeded our expectations. My husband says I am picky so to say they exceeded our expectations says a lot!

Corey Roofing replaced my roof in 2023. They did a very professional job! Two years later I am selling this home & They came out to do a roof inspection & clarified and proved the home inspection the buyer had was incorrect in their findings!
What a wonderful peace of mind to have a such a great company to depend on!

I recently had my roof replaced by Corey Construction Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire team was professional and efficient. They even handled removing and reinstalling my gutters as part of the job, and both the gutter crew and roofing crew were top-notch.

Hudson, the project manager, did an outstanding job keeping everything on track, and Eric, the residential president, was great to work with. The new roof color looks fantastic, and the cleanup was perfect - everything was left spotless.

Purchased my home in April of 23, and about 11-14 months later started noticing signs of a minor roof. I am not very handy so it took me a few months of troubleshooting to diagnose the problem, but I was finally able to confirm that the issue is from a vent that was poorly installed and it was in fact an issue from the get go. I reached out to my builder who informed me that their warranty had expired but they provided me with the name of the company who installed the roof and it was Corey Construction.

Despite my warranty with the builder being up I thought for sure if it’s a brand new roof that it would have a few year warranty and once I googled Corey Construction and saw that they looked reputable, that I would have no problem getting my roof fixed. I mean it was in fact an issue with the install.

So I reached out to the company and they seemed very friendly and polite. Someone from their warranty team emailed me about a week after I contacted them and they said it was no longer under warranty. But they could come inspect it for a $200 fee to give me an estimate on the repair.

I am incredibly frustrated with the experience and cannot recommend a company that is not willing to back their product that costs THOUSANDS of dollars, for only one year. That’s how long my microwave’s manufacturer warranty is. Not to mention it’s not the result of weather or natural damage or the shingles giving out. It’s due to a poor install. The leak was so small that it took about a year to even show damage.

Did a job no-one else wanted. On time and at a great price. I use them for all my concrete work and rehabs.

Terrible company. We would get lien placements left and right because they would never pay their vendors and getting those liens paid has been a nightmare. Stay away

Multisite hard working men ! They know what they're doing , smart responsive , they will take on any task no questions asked!!!

They cannot be trusted. They ripped off our 84/86 yr old parents, and didn't get the work done. And they don't pay the laborers.

Beware contractors! This company is unprofessional and does not like to pay on time. The company owner contacted my company to perform work, on very short notice, and we had a verbal agreement over the phone that no contract/paperwork would need to be done other than maybe your typical W-9s and what not. After the job was completed, this company demanded contracts be signed, and paided 1 month later past due! Should have just sent us the contracts before the job!!!! They also took the pleasure of taking $100 off of our check for a "repair" that needed to be done. This is NOT professional!!!! You CALL BACK contractors to come back and fix the issues with the work performed. Never do you have your guys fix it themselves, and take it off of another company's unsent check!!! Any future small business working with this company, make sure contracts are signed before your work begins!!! We took the job over the phone on the spot with good faith, believing this company would pay on time for last minute work that needed to be sub-contracted to us. Hard to find a company true to their word now days.

My mother had a tree fall through her house. David Tonetti gave her a high price, but promised the work would be done right and on time. None, of this happened. They were several months behind schedule. He also cut every corner possible and made my mother pay thousands of extra dollars in random change orders that were in the original contract. He also made her pay for items that were not even installed. We ended up having to fire Multisite due to breach of contract, and the fact no one was onsite for over one month. David was very rude and defensive when confronted about the contract and change orders. He was also un able to prove what the money was going towards. Please be advised before using this company.
