Eric came out to the house, investigated the issue, fixed it promptly, and while on the roof went above and beyond by clearing branches and leaves out of my gutters, and also putting sealant over nail heads that he found exposed. He took pictures of everything before and after. Incredible service. Very impressed. Highly recommend

When it comes to roofing companies, many have horrible stories. Quite the contrary with Chris Reynolds with Corey Roofing & Construction. The crews were on time. Chris ran the jobsite and completed the project quickly and the end product was fantastic! We can confidently say we will always use Chris and Corey Roofing as our “go to” source for our roofing and exterior projects.

Modesto came on time and quickly addressed my minor concern for my roof. He and his team were able to accommodate to my complex work schedule to provide me a phenomenal customer experience. As an investor, these are people I want on my team! Will be routing my projects to them from now on. Thank you!

I have repeatedly called Corey roofing to no avail. They put my roof on 4 years ago and it is leaking and sinking.

I now have mold in my garage and on the ceiling and down my wall.

The won't return my phone calls.
Where is their integrity, workmanship and warranty? Why are they a company that prides themselves in doing great work with customer service, they apparently do not care about their customers or their work.

I give these guys 5+ stars. I’ve never seen such an efficient and clean job done. My roof is beautiful and they left my yard cleaner than it was before they came. I highly recommend Corey Construction for your new roof!

Lennar used Corey Construction to put the roof on our new home. First big storm we had within a month of moving in we had shingles all over the back yard that had blown off. Lennar sent someone out to fix it. Now 4 years later during hurricane Beryl, shingles blown off all over yard. Don't bother using them.

Our home builder sent Corey Construction to our home & we could not be more pleased! Victor was so good that I even took the time to call the company & let them know. We have had 2 other roofing companies here numorous times only to give us different stories & no solutions but to repaint over the problem. Victor was here for a couple of hours, in the attic, on top of the roof, in the room, in the attic, back on the roof. 10 star rating for this company & Victor!

2 years ago they "repaired" my roof and is leaking again. I called their office 4 consecutive days to schedule a visit and see if they can honor their work warranty. They took my information 4 times, even though they have it in their system already, and promised to call and they never did. It seems that when it comes to honor warranties the are "too busy" to come back to you. Terrible customer service, be careful if you want to use them...

UPDATE: they responded publicly that they will be in touch... guess what... exactly! they never called!!!!

Mario and Jorge were great handling my Insurance company. The work was done on time and completed on time. They were there on site managing everything and answered all my questions. Corey Construction overall was very professional.

Corey Construction was great! I was referred by a friend who had used them before and really liked them. Jeremy and his team were all very professional. They were very good about responding to any of my questions. They showed up when they said they would, and got everything done without any issues. I would certainly recommend to anyone. I contacted Corey Construction for an issue I was having with my roof and they promptly came out to assess and repair. Their reps kept me in the loop of what was going on and answered all my questions.

I hired Corey Construction to reroof my house about a year ago. Chris did a wonderful job walking me through my options as far as shingle type, color, and extended warranty options. His guys were fast, efficient, and tidy. They did a great job with the roof. A year later and it's holding up beautifully. Looks like it was installed yesterday. The only "problem" I had with them was they didn't have enough of a specific type of shingle for the edge, so they had to order more and come back and add that section a week or so later. In the grand scheme of things, that's a pretty small problem.

Corey Construction is GREAT with communication, and Quick to respond, get started, and get the job done right. They also follow up, to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend them!

Mario and Jorge were incredibly patient with me in explaining every detail of the work being performed and every step of the insurance policy. They worked well with the inspector to ensure everything was captured. Very efficient with setting up repair date and completed extensive roof replacement and upgrades in one day.

We had a warranty through R Vision with this company and one of our roof vents was installed incorrectly, leading to a leak in our attic. I had to get on my roof and make a temporary fix because we couldn't count on this company to honor their warranty or even come take a look and let us know if it was covered. Had I have trusted this company to respond, I would have a hole in my roof and extensive water damage in my attic. My wife was first told that someone would be out to look at it the next morning. Great, except that no one showed up. She called back again and was told that someone would call her within 48-72 hours. We weren't called back. She tried again and found out that their warranty section is a call center and that none of them even have numbers for anyone at Corey Construction. We were also told that if someone came out and it wasn't covered, it would be a $250 service fee. Absolutely poor responsiveness and endless runaround. Do not use this company if you are counting on their warranty. It's pretty clear that they make the process difficult to reduce the number of claims and warranty work they need to perform. I sincerely regret that this company installed our roof and warn anyone against using this company. They do not care about their customers at all.

Since I purchased my home in 2018 I have had issues with my roof. I have had several different roofing companies come out and repair to no avail. I found Corey Construction and after talking with Nate I knew I had come to the right place. This is my first home and being an insurance repair I wasn't very knowledgeable of the process. Nate explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and really made me feel like he was there to help me. Nate stayed in touch with me throughout the entirety of the process and helped streamline the process. He was very patient with me when I was waiting on HOA approval. Afterwards, he got me on his schedule quickly and they were able to get started. Mario and Nick kept me up to date on the removal and installation process as I was not able to be home. Typically, getting insurance involved and replacing a roof can be stressful. Corey Construction did a wonderful job easing the stress and frustration. Thank you to Nate, Mario, and the roofing crew for installing a beautiful roof.

A Peace of mind is what I received July 9th after the Houston Hurricane. Mr. Daniel Hernandez called and told me he would be at my home shortly. He arrived on time to inspect my roof and answered every question my wife and I had. He took pictures and also help us understand the process on what needed to be repaired. Thank you So Much Daniel for going above and beyond to bringing a peace of mind after such a difficult time.
