KBM Builders did an outstanding job on my kitchen remodel. The entire process from estimate to completion was very smooth and Kenny's crew did a great job. Kenny was always communicating with me and keeping me up to date with the schedule, something that was essential as my wife and I have 3 young children.
The end result was better than we could have expected, I have to give Kenny and his painters credit where its due. They provided my worn out cabinets with the best paint job possible. My cabinets are factory smooth and look brand new!
Needless to say, I know who I will reach out to in the spring when its time to remodel my master bathroom.
Kenny, thank you again for all the hard work you and your team did for our kitchen project! 5 stars well earned and DESERVED!

Kenneth understood our vision for the upgrade of our staircase. He was professional and in regular communication with us. He took personal charge to acquire the materials that were needed and in the end we were happy with the look of our “new” staircase.

Kenneth was great to respond to my yelp request quickly. After speaking he notified me that their firm does not do this kind of work but made a referral to Kinda Nice who were very responsive and excellent to work with as well.

HIGHLY recommend. He managed to fix all of our nessecary repairs within our tight budget. We actually got more fixed than we initially thought we could. Also super speedy, finished quite quickly. They did a thorough inspection and found a broken pipe and mold we didn't even know about. Super appreciative and will definitely be using them again in the future for when I want to do more repairs or large projects!

Very satisfied his company does lot of different repair he is now my contractor KBM came to my house on Tuesday had to measure for skylight special size 48×52 he had to have it special made on Friday he called me and said he would come out about 1:30pm and install it he did this in 2 hours I was very impressed because he had to remove singles and put water proofing filt and sheet metal shill to protect water from coming into the house replace some singles also caulking and spray paint the base of the skylight the same color of the roof thank you KBM job well done.

I contacted Nick per a referral on a neighborhood page. He came out with a drone on day one and had the roof repaired the next day. Very efficient and easy to discuss the issues with. I highly recommend him. Bonus: his team is comfortable with 3-story homes.

We suddenly found we had a few holes in our roof that we were not aware of. After going through a couple of sites for reviews, we landed on selecting Kalina Roofing. The owner was quick to stop by and evaluate what exactly we needed. They were able to start in under a week and complete the work in 1.5 days. His pricing was fair and the work was amazing. You should definitely hire them!!!

Nick and his team were great. He communicates great, shared detailed photos and assessment, and has a sense of urgency when curtailing issues. They are also understanding of budgetary constraints in the midst of a lot of issues around the storm. We loved working with him and will work with him again in the future!

Nick was great! His communication was perfect! He listened to all of our concerns, and explained the process of our roof replacement in ways we could understand.

We were very concerned with nails being left in the yard after the replacement. We have 3 large dogs and cannot worry about them getting a nail stuck In one of their paws. And Nick’s crew exceeded our expectations for the final clean up!!

We did run into a few issues with our siding and framing… (we had foundation repairs done when we purchased our home and thought that was the end of it.) Nick walked us through a few different options for repairs and worked with us to stay in our budget.

I now know more about roofs then I ever thought I would but thanks to Nick we have a great new roof and no nails in our dogs paws.

Nick and his crew were highly professional and did an excellent job. I’m new to this house which has a flat roof. I even climbed up there with his crew who then showed me the extent of repairs. The roof was not attached to the house and had been neglected for years. Rotten wood planks and moisture under the top layer. Mario and the crew were timely and efficient in the week of work it took to remove and restore the entire roof. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for other home repairs. As for the company who conducted my pre-purchase home inspection (which included the roof), well they’re getting a different type of review.
