It is a must that I come on here and share with everyone my experience working with Sean and Yhonathan on my first ever business purchase. Anyone who has taken this step in life knows how challenging and scary the building process can be. Sean and Yhonathan one day walked in my bar and seen the convent in my face he was aware of all the hard work and effort we have put in the place however it wasn’t quite ready to be presented in its best form. I noticed then scanning the room and without missing a beat or even asking for it he immediately suggested tips on what we can do better he was able to spot our weaknesses quickly he suggested we upgrade the floors and knowing I was a new business owner he was extremely fair with me on pricing and some would say he pretty much did it for free. Not only are these guys extremely careful clean neat and very communicative which is important to me they showed so much care for the job and put max effort made sure every step of the way was thorough and detailed. I’ve worked with many contractors in my career. I’m grateful to come across Sean and Yhonathan I would trust them with any project and I look forward to working with them more in the future.

I found these guys on Facebook back in June and decided to reach out to them for a quote. Tom, the project manager promptly reached out to me and we set up a date for him to come out. I was very impressed with him because he gave me a quote on the spot! I didn't have to wait for weeks like I did with one contractor. After our consultation I already knew they had my business. Unfortunately we weren't able to start the project when I wanted because my AC unit had other plans. Tom not only understood but he kept in contact with me until I was finally ready. So fast forward to October 27th...the day the project begins. Everyone showed up on time!!! Jonathan and Juan were absolutely amazing. I really can't say enough good things about them. They're just good people! These are the type of guys you want representing your company. So here we are, November 7th...the final day. I was hesitant at first to hire a contractor off of Facebook. You always hear horror stories how some take your money and run lol. This isn't the case, these guys are the real deal, they're legit. I can honestly say this has been a great experience and I'd recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. Quality company, quality work! Very happy customer 😊

Great company! Communication was always timely, which gave me a lot of peace of mind—especially since that can be a concern when working with contractors. They also used incremental payments, so I always felt comfortable knowing the work would continue as planned.

The fireplace looks fantastic, and I’ve already received so many compliments. They were also able to create custom shelving and modify my cabinets exactly the way I wanted, which I really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you Tom and SK construction

TBR remodeled our bathroom and entire first floor after a pipe had burst. The owner is very responsive, puts his customers first and has attention to detail. He would regularly go above and beyond to ensure the job is done right.

First of all, please disregard my 12 year old daughter's google name and avatar when considering this review. Clearly, my tech knowledge to change this is sorely lacking. Also sorely lacking...my knowledge of construction. I have big ideas and creative plans, but completely lack the knowledge of framework, foundation, structure etc., that one needs to assess not only the physical feasibility but also the financial scope of a remodel project.

This is where Moe is a godsend. Not only does he have the ability to assess the structural limitations of any given situation, but he was also able to listen to my desires (from both functional and design standpoints) and offer other suggestions (that hadn't even occurred to me!) that could serve my purpose, while staying within the physical and budgetary confines of the situation.

I'm currently looking at houses to buy, and with each potential house come different remodel challenges. And at different prices points, each potential house leaves me with a different budget to bring the home up to meet my family's needs. The first time we met, I got the time wrong and was an hour late. Moe was still endlessly patient, and even entertained my most "out there" ideas (indoor/outdoor fishpond, anyone?).

The last thing I'll say about Moe, and maybe the most important, is that he also comes to the table as an ally, not just a contractor. For example, Moe asked about my long term plans for owning a particular house. When I told him I might sell in 3 years if my daughter goes to a different high school, Moe suggested look at sales comps to try to ascertain what the price point of selling a fully remodeled, perfect house in the area would be, because he didn't want to see me invest so much money in a remodel that would mean I had to take a loss when I sell the house. What other contractor does that??? He's a gem of a person, and he knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

Moe did an excellent job on our remodeling project. He was very easy to work with and always patient with our concerns. He has good vision and is practical with our needs. We are very glad to have found him. We highly recommend him for your next remodeling project.

Moe Toofan with TBR Construction provided architectural designs for our kitchen and laundry room renovation after water damage as a result of the 2021 winter storm. He also provided detailed estimates and drawings, and communicated with our insurance company for a fair settlement. Moe is very talented and his communication skills are outstanding. We highly recommend TBR Construction for remodeling, renovations, and support with insurance claims.

It was truly a wonderful experience working with Moe and TBR construction on renovating our home. The project included demoing an existing wall, can lighting, electrical work, stair design/demo and remodel, new flooring, fireplace update, built-in cabinetry, kitchen update, painting, etc. Moe's attention to detail and dedication to the job was excellent! Moe supervised every aspect of the project to assure it was done to his standards (which are VERY high!). Moe and his crew far exceeded all of our expectations. TBR Construction performed the design and the construction for our total home remodel. They were great to work with and very professional.
