I had some work done on my house and I chose FSI Construction to do it. Excellent work from beginning to end. They were fast, professional and responsive to all of questions. I highly recommend this company!

FSI is my preferred vendor for all projects... Big and small! I have utilized their services for everything, includiung but not limited to: major foundation repairs, fire restoration and major electrical repairs. FSI has earned the respect of Insurance Companies and City Inspectors... This makes for a seamless process when getting projects completed. The quality of work and service always meets or exceeds expectations. I would recommend FSI time and time again!

Large apartment (+300 units) owner here. Do not hire this company to perform work at your community. They do not pay their subvendors and you will get liens on your property. FSI currently owes a subvendor in excess of $40,000 for work performed at my community, and I am the one footing the bill. Learn from my experience and do not do businses with this company.

Honest Review / Warning for Other Subcontractors
Our company was hired by FSI Construction (contact: Paul Denmond) to complete work on multiple projects. We completed the first job and had a difficult time receiving payment, but eventually were paid after repeated follow-ups.

Unfortunately, the same issue has happened again. We have fully completed another project, yet payment has not been made, and our calls and emails to Paul Denmond, Caitlin Kim, and Amber Whitaker in accounting have gone unanswered.

This kind of non-responsiveness and delay in payment causes unnecessary hardship for subcontractors and small businesses like ours. We’re sharing this experience to warn other contractors and vendors to be cautious when working with FSI Construction and to help encourage them to address their payment and communication practices.

We’re still hopeful FSI Construction will do the right thing and resolve this matter promptly.

I would highly recommend Urban Craftsman for any City inspection related project, Brandon was responsive, pro active and completed the project in a timely fashion and was there all of the way through city inspection

Urban Craftsman built my house and 2 others that they are currently advertising on their website. They did extremely poor work, to the point of gross negligence. All three of the houses built have foundation issues within 6 years of being built, which resulted in the foundations requiring repair paid for out of pocket by the home owners because they will not honor their builders warranty. Additionally, all three houses have had water had significant water damage due to the poor quality instillation / build of the exterior siding and roofs on the home. Do not use this builder, you will regret it within 5 years.

Urban Craftsman is a wonderful company. We used them in 2019 to remediate a job that was done by a previous contractor. They fixed all the errors in the paint finishes, electrical, woodwork and many other problems that were left unfinished, and inadequately done. Their staff is a delight to work with and is willing to go beyond your expectations. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling job. They do beautiful work and have integrity, a quality that is essential for any professional. Use Urban Craftsman with confidence !

I truly enjoyed working with Urban Craftsman for my bathroom remodel in 2021. Brandon was my project manager. He made sure everything went as planned and more importantly that I was happy. Any issues I had, he fixed. Urban Craftsman is an awesome company.

Great company and services

They get everything done super timely

I worked with GreenLogic on 2 Las Vegas properties. Very involved projects adding security cameras with remote access to the gate and common areas. GreenLogic was extremely thorough and professional, excellent communication and execution. Both projects were completed in a timely manner, although one of the projects had some obstacles to overcome with the remote antennas. GreenLogic stuck with it, proposed an alternative solution and got the job done.

Never Ever Again! If you value your time and your money then steer clear.

We love this company! We use it for both our office and our home! Super professional, very reliable and if we ever have a question they make sure they cover all concerns immediately and thoroughly. So great!

Sent a 2 techs to my son's home and turned on a sprinkler system without asking if they could turn it on. Caused massive water damage and thousands of dollars of damage. Techs just left - didn't bother to try to help clean up or minimize damage.

My opinion - never use this company!
