I was very pleased with this roof installation. The workers were very conscientious and produced a high quality install . Also, the crew supervisor Will Hatchell did a great job answering all my questions and made sure that everything I wanted done was completed as discussed prior to the start of the job. Usually contractors can be difficult to communicate with , but Hatchell was very responsive and made sure that I was completely satisfied at the end of the job. Recommend very highly!

We had a leak coming through our guest room ceiling. I had no idea where it was coming from on the roof, so I called Tridom, and they had a service tech come to my house immediately. It was only a matter of 20-30 minutes for them to identify the origin of the leak and fix the problem! He then poured a bucket of water over the repaired area, and zero water came down through the roof. I cannot recommend this company enough. They also do full re-roof jobs!

Marshall Camp met and guided me through the whole process of replacing my roof after it was damaged by a hail storm. He was professional, clear and helpful. He worked with me to understand what the insurance company would do/ how they would respond. Once we received approval form the insurance company he had a crew at my house within a few days. The crew arrived early on a Saturday and completed the entire job in one day. They even fixed a part of my fascia that had dry rot at no extra cost. We are VERY pleased with our new roof and the entire experience of working with Tridom Roofing.

I hired Tridom to inspect my old roof for leak. They immediately came in, inspected my roof and determined the source of the leak. They performed the repair professionally and at a very reasonable price. Aiden did a very thorough inspection and his crew were fast and professional.

Tridom roofing stayed with me while I worked with my insurance company to get a check. It took a very long time but the whole time we were in touch. When I was ready. They came out, delivered the supplies and started the work. I was concerned about having an older roof and some of my decking may have been bad. However, whenever we pulled off the old roof there was very little decking that was bad and the guy's handled it great. The workers were exceptional and very polite and nice. We discussed things and they took care of all my needs and extra whenever we started looking into some of the soffits and fascia. I highly recommend if you can talk to Aidan and he will set you up. This is a great company. They work through everything and they also help me with my skylights and my valleys putting extra support in there so that I will not get any leaks into my roof and attic.
