Tye at Superior Fence is terrific. We had 7 companies quote a fence replacement for us. Superior Fence gave us the best quote by over $5/linear foot and the highest quality materials. In our neighborhood, the deed restrictions are specific about how the fences have to look, and their crew did a terrific job matching the style required. They scheduled the job, showed up on time, cleaned up after the work, and it is far better than the builder grade fence they replaced in both materials and construction. A week later, our neighbor had some electrical problems, and there was some thought that the fence work may have been the culprit. Ultimately, it wasn't but that didn't keep Tye from sending a manager out to look at the issue and to ensure they were available to answer any questions my neighbor had. He didn't make any extra money on that, but he felt it was the right thing to do. I absolutely would use them again and highly recommend them. This is how customer service should be.

I have been using Facilities Electric for some years now. Marcelino has always been very responsive and is quick to setup my jobs at good rates. The job is always done professionally and timely.

I actually live in Dallas, but have a 2nd home in Houston that I purchased recently. I was referred to Facilities Electric by the owner of The Shade Shoppe. Tom (the owner) came out and looked at the job...I'm changing out all the recessed cans, adding several cans, sconces and a couple of ceiling fans, adding under-counter lights, outlets and vent fans, etc. Anyway...Tom was responsive and on time. He has a professional, calm demeanor. His crew has been fantastic. Same guys show up on time daily and respect my being there and take care not to let my dogs outside. All are friendly and respectful. As a matter of fact, I told them I'd prefer they use the downstairs, guest bathroom when there and they said they were planning on going to a gas station up the street! (No need for that, as far as I'm concerned)

The house is a bit funky, so they have had to cut into the ceiling to add some lights, but they were very precise in their cuts and cleaned up the sheetrock dust. They even put the sheetrock back in the cuts so it will be easier for the repair person. Which, they offered to handle if I didn't have someone. I have a great painter, but feel certain theirs is excellent and may use their as so many painters/subs don't like doing small jobs.

I used to do some contracting, so am particular about subs and I must say, Facilities is top notch. I wish I had them or someone like them in Dallas (same with a couple other contractors I found in Houston). The communication is excellent. I am made aware of when they will be arriving daily and if the crew will miss a day, I am given notice. The crews do a great job cleaning up daily and organize their materials in the evenings so they aren't in my way. And...they are doing exactly the things I requested and when I add something to the list...the lead electrician on the job always communicates with the shop so it gets taken care of. My landscape architect was at the house one day and he remarked how impressed he was with them and he took down their information.

There have been some times they have been in my home when I was in Dallas and I have absolutely no worries after observing them while in town. Can't say that about all contractors that I don't have history with.

Excellent home repairs, or any home needs

They are fantastic from start to finish!

Overall a very bad experience and would not recommend. I hired RSFM for an insurance recovery project on my home. 5 months later he collected the money for the job but still has not completed it and is no longer responsive. The subcontractors he uses did a terrible job and used poor quality materials. He left my home a mess and never hauled off the trash even though I paid him to, he left holes in my wall, never grouted the tile in front of my door and under my kitchen appliances, did not complete installing the base board and shoe base, never restored my storage closet, left my front door unpainted, never finished out the electrical.
