Worst service ever. Do not use them!!! They showed up unannounced to my home, while I was getting dressed for work first thing in the morning. After 3 visit to repair a water leak, they showed up unannounced 2 more times, to video the leak was gone to make us look/sound crazy. That water leak was severe, and ongoing for over 2 consecutive weeks. My water meter shows proof of the high levels during this time. Never use them. They lied to both occupants after invading our privacy, and our lease management office about notifying us they were showing up. Scam artists and disrespectful.

I've used One Call Home Handyman several times and each time they have done an excellent job. And they finished quickly! Very professional and very easy to work with. They deserve more than five stars!!

Unprofessional demeanor, condescending tone, and continual interruption defined our interaction with Kyle Lovett. He kept interrupting our realtor as she tried to explain her point of view. Our realtor had called Mr Kyle Lovett and informed him that we would need estimates based on our general home inspection report. She made it clear we would not be needing all repairs and would focus on a couple repairs. She paid $105 for an estimate and when we reached out to get our windows repaired (~$1000), he said we were "cherry picking" and that the estimate was based on having most of the work done (totaling ~$16K). His estimates were overpriced, in our opinion (example: $100 to replace a fridge bulb). I was involved in a 3 way call with him, and after listening to him repeatedly cut off our realtor, I told him the subject line to his email said "Any and All repairs." I raised my voice just so I could speak over him as he quickly interrupted me and began yelling. At that point, I hung up. Be aware that his estimates will change if you decide not to complete most or all repairs found on a general inspection report. If the prices were more reasonable, we may have considered having him take care of more work.

The One Call team did an extraordinary job! Gary and Kyle have been kind, professional and have consistently done great quality work. We can't recommend them enough! We will for sure be using them whenever we need help with our home.

I worked with Kyle and Gary Pentecost today, and I can tell they are seasoned veterans of the contracting world. They are very knowledgeable of their trade, and they do their job well. They are common sense guys in an age where everyone relies on computers to do their thinking for them. They always steered me right when it came to what needs to be done. They know the difference between getting a job done well within budget, and not really saving any money by cutting corners.

I would highly recommend them for any job involving your house and its components.

One Call has helped us with maintenance and replacement of several windows over the past few years, and we've always been very happy with the high quality of their work and the level of service they provide. They are always incredibly responsive, prompt, and helpful!

08/08/2018 Kyle is fairly rude & extremely snide!
Definitely not someone I would want to do business with or refer to others. And being the representative for their services, it makes me question the quality of their work, as well.
Also, they're apparently not a one call handyman service. Kyle constantly kept interrupting me, when I was answering his question of work needed. Aside from that, they don't do roofs. He never even let me finish the list of items, needing repair.

11/14/2018 The "owner" just responded, over 3 months after my initial review & apparently they've had multiple complaints since because he has mixed my call up with another complaint.
Kyle did not try to inform me of service area coverage because we never passed the initial repair question, as mentioned above.
I called YOUR Business because it is a few miles from my residence. So unless your service area is limited to 2 miles, again, you're mistaking this instance of poor customer service, with another. Which would explain why your company has ratings below 5 Star, despite your using this as part of your defense.

I hired One Call to do some extensive indoor and outdoor sealing, caulking, painting, and replacement of some hardy plank boards as well as power washing the entire exterior. I can't say enough about the professionalism, the promptness, and the ease of doing business with them! They gave me a written estimate and came to work on our scheduled day, showing up right on time. One of the guys even came back the day after to fix a small item. They worked extremely hard, and cleaned up so well that it was cleaner after they left! You never want to have to spend money on home repairs, but when you want it done right, hire these guys. I have them saved in my phone!

I have been very satisfied with my contractor One Call Home Handyman and their attention to detail and cooperation from the very start. They were great in understanding what I needed and were proactive in recommending resolutions. They were excellent at follow-up. It has been a very positive experience. All the work was completed in an expeditious manner and above expectations. I will definitely recommend One Call Home Handyman to all my friends.

We have used One Call for several jobs. Most recently, we needed work done to a house that was vacated by tenants and required quite a bit of work to get it ready to sell. One Call showed up on time ready to work, completed the work quickly and for a very reasonable price. Their workmen are polite and professional. I highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Look up the word, "Professional" in the dictionary, and you will see these guys. They ALWAYS do what they say they're going to do and are reliable through and through. I asked them to replace fire alarm batteries along with some other minutiae, and while they were there, my back door latch broke. They had the part on their truck (!) and repaired it on the spot. Their work is priced about average, but the value for the work is phenomenal when you consider their expertise and how well they do everything. Additionally, they gave me much-needed advice about how to keep my home safer, and I followed it. They were instrumental in implementing it for me, and the work was done on time and absolutely perfectly - as usual. Hands down: This is the very best handyman service I ever have used as they are not at all overpriced and they know what they are doing. In short, they know more about their work than their customers do; it's a great opportunity for anyone to learn - these guys are experts.

Gary, Kyle and the whole team at One Call has completed numerous jobs for us from drywall repair and painting to door refinishing and latch repair. Each and every task has been done to perfection with professional execution. The name of this company is appropriate because I only have to make one call to get updates, quotes, advice and results. Every task was scheduled in a timely fashion and I was kept informed at every step. We have used them in the past, have jobs scheduled currently and will call them first in the future. I strongly recommend One Call.

Love this company! I am a Realtor and have used One Call for make-ready work prior to listing a home, as well as getting bids from inspection report findings while my buyers are still under their option periods. Their work is always quality and timely. It's wonderful being able to work with just one contractor as One Call contracts with the subs for each aspect of a project like painting, cabinet work, flooring, electrical, etc. Their contractors are knowledgeable about current trends and they know what buyers are looking for in properties, which equates to maximum returns for my sellers.

I have used One Call Home for a wide variety of home projects - construction & repairs - lighting, flooring, iron gates, wood fence, tile work, external shutters, door repairs, Sheetrock, paint. I am completely happy with their work, their recommendations, and their pricing every single time. They are also very neat workers, considerate to clean up completely afterwards, and just great people! I also recommend them often to friends and family, and they are always equally pleased.
