We went through hurricane Michael in 2018. We were hooked up with this company in March 2022 and they basically rebuilt my home from the ground up in 3 months or so. The quality of work seems to be excellent so far. We had a few minor issues but, they were taken care of right away. In fact, it seems that they were extremely fast to respond and correct the problems. This is where I would like to give my utmost respect and gratitude to Justin Barham, the superintendent/estimator in charge of our project. He answered whatever questions we had and was also the one who called about the water leak issue we had. He was quick to respond and had the problem fixed immediately. To us, he went above and beyond our expectations and should commended. His professionalism and courteousness made what was a horrible event in 2018 into an incredible dream in 2022. Thank you, sir, for all you and your team has done for us. I know that Brizo Construction handles a lot of disaster rebuilds and if you ever in the need, pray these folks are there to help. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Brizo Construction built my home they where very professional all the staff that was involved. They would let me know on every step that was going on at the house. If I had any questions they where quick to answer. I was very happy with the turn out of my home. If you are looking to build a home look into Brizo Construction.

My mom is loving and enjoying her new home thanks to Brizo construction! She is now able to sleep peacefully and comfortable. Her house is beautiful, we all love it and are so happy for her. The process was quick and all the employees from the people at the office to the workers were all so respectful, courteous and very helpful when it came down to questions being answered. Brizo Construction was the best throughout the built of our new home. Every step of the way they kept us informed of the process and finish on time. Our home is beyond expectations, and the professionalism of the staff was outstanding. Mr. Frank and Mr. Dan where awesome. Our home is perfect and they made it with the same care and detail as if they were building their own home. We are blessed to have a crew that took us in consideration in every step. I know that it says 5 stars buy they truly deserve 5k stars 🌟 or more. Thank you so much for our home and Brizo Construction is the team you want.

My first home building experience was a stress free process. Brizo construction came in on the scheduled date and began to work. I was so pleased with my Construction Manager Mr. Ernesto, he kept me informed on all preparation details and answered all my silly questions. Thank you Brizo for my quality built home. My home will last many life times.

ZERO stars would more accurately reflect my opinion of Brizo Construction. They were paid $315,000 (of taxpayer money) to tear down my old house and build a new one. They did the task and managed to build it with dozens of serious flaws. My lawsuit will be filed soon, unless they step up to the plate... which is highly doubtful. Frank Polivka and Dan Lewis are both dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional and unethical!

We had a great experience with a complete master bath remodel and exterior remodel. The workers were great and the work was done very well with attention to detail.

Poor quality painting with inadequate coverage, dripping. Difficult to negotiate terms to correct problems/finish job and get full payment for services.

I called this business and inquired about Handyman services to hang a large 100 Lbs mirror and two wooden shelves. One Gentleman who answered the phone asked me which area do you live? then he said two men job, and first he said $75.00 an hour then changed that to $85.00 an hour, minimum two hours. He also mentioned that hanging the mirror and two shelves will require 2 to 3 hours. We agreed to do 2 hours, in no way that job will need 3 hours. He then put me through to his brother who was checking their schedule for today and said at 1:30 PM. He took over the phone my name, my address, phone number and email address. Then he said we need credit card to keep on file. I asked him why would you need that to have it on file? He said that's how we work madam. I informed him that I'm paying by check and I don't wish to keep my credit card "on file" and I wish he had said those requirements before he got all of our information. He mocked that and said well then we will not go to do the job. Find someone else! I find that to be very unprofessional. I will certainly find another business.

The One Call crew (owner, customer contact, superintendent, work crew) were professional, service oriented, timely and provided great quality work for reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend them and their service.

Excellent service. I call them for anything and everything- they have remodeled my house and helped me with many smaller needs. They are quick, affordable and honest. They have been doing business in the area for a long time so they know how to fix everything in the houses around here!

These people did exactly what they said they would do and in record time. If I had called several companies to schedule and do the work, it would have taken at least a month for everything to have been done. One Call had several crews working on the house every day, and they finished a 2-page list in one week.

One Call does a very nice job of managing the project. They kept me informed of any schedule changes and worked to minimize disruption at our house. I would certainly use them again and I recommend them .
