I scheduled an appointment and from the very start the lady that scheduled me was polite and scheduled me for an Inspection. Mr. Bonilla arrived on time and Introduced himself and asked me whats the reason for request. I explained to him that I have a long garage crack and extended to my guest restroom. Mr. Bonilla is professional, polite and Honest man, he did his inspection and explained to me the reason cracks form. He told me my house does Not need any foundation repair and advised me what to do. Nowadays its difficult to find kind and honest human-beings, I strongly recommend his company the service is excellent from the very beginning.

Vidal Bonilla came out to address some cracks in the ceiling and a small separation of the floor that I was concerned about. After thoroughly measuring the house, he explained that this is normal wear and tear. He does not recommend doing anything at this time but asked me to call if I have any future concerns. He even said that our home would pass an inspection. He patiently answered all of my questions. I really feel like I got an honest opinion. I highly recommend Bonilla Foundation Repair.

Mr. Bonilla is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, patiently walked the house with me as we discussed all the things I was concerned about, and made a bunch of measurements. He double checked with me that all of my questions were answered before he left. He offered a lot of good advice on things we can do to prevent future issues. Thankfully we did not need to have any work done at this time, but if we ever do I will not hesitate to call Bonilla.

Bonilla Foundation did a fabulous job! Besides the patch work, you couldn’t tell they were there! They replaced the shrubs, flowers, mulch, rocks, etc back in perfect condition! The guys were awesome! I highly recommend them!

He could have dishonestly claimed many issues, racking up charges but instead honestly stated there are no concerns at this time. I just had an estimated come by today to give us a quote & I stayed the same. Not knowing what the total of the repairs. I hate surprises! I would hate to be responsible for a $20,000.00 services at the end. I had another company that came to give me a quote & the set a firm price at front. No surprises! That is want I was hoping to hear from Bonilla Foundation due to the high reviews. I am very discouraged to have wasted our time.

Excellent company. Filled out a form on their website and they called me the next morning. Set up an appointment for 48 hrs later. The owner showed up on time and was very kind and thorough. I didn't even need any work done, but he was kind enough to leave me with some paperwork so that I have a baseline to compare to. He let me know exactly what to look for and how to prevent damage (I needed to add some sprinkler heads along one side of the house). I cannot recommend Bonilla enough! Thank you so much, y'all!

I chose to have Bonilla Foundation give me an estimate based off all the 5 star reviews. When Mr Bonilla came out he gave me a fair assessment and quote. I was having some other work done on the home for a kitchen remodel and I shared the information on the quote from Mr. Bonilla with a friend of mine who was doing the remodel. He told me that this was a really fair price from his experience and he felt that this was very honest. I decided to call Bonilla Foundation to proceed with the work. This was an inconvenience because I was in the middle of the remodel and I had to reschedule flooring and a few other items. I explained my situation and Mr. Bonilla got me in within a week and a half. Not really knowing what to expect, his team explained everything in detail and showed me pictures of all the work during the process. There were holes and dirt everywhere. Within two days my home was repaired and everything was put back in place. From the street it looked like nothing had even gone on. These guys were super efficient and the cleaning and finishing were such a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this company. I know why they have so many 5 star reviews. Professionals!

I just wanted to plug Bonilla Foundation Repair. What a nice man, Jose Bonilla. He worked for DuWest many years ago and started his own company. He has great reviews on Google and Yelp. While I did not need any foundation repair, I can recommend his promptness and a free inspection. I highly recommend.

Had Bonilla Foundation Repair come out to the house today. Had some recent cracks from last year's lack of rain showing up above the doors and ceiling. Showed up 5 min early, super professional and very nice. Conducted a walk through and took measurements and checked the concerns. We discussed the results and I was given the recommendations. Highly recommend and will call for future projects if needed.

In renovating our 1940 shotgun house (pier and beam) in East Downtown, we reached out to a total of 7 foundation companies. After on-site visits by 6 of them the decision was made to go with Bonilla.

This was based on the feeling that their estimate was not only one of the most affordable, but what they told us was genuine. It wasn't the cheapest but no where near the high bids we received.

In regards to the actual work we couldn't be happier. There was some miscommunication on my part with the verbiage of the contract. I thought the house would be 2 blocks high but in reality it was recommended to be 2 additional blocks meaning 3 blocks total. When I saw this I spoke to Mr. Bonilla he gave me his professional opinion that 3 blocks was best. He did give us the option to go down but we felt his recommendation was professional and honest.

This was also because Bonilla could have easily replaced many of the old beams that cosmetically weren't pretty. We had it in our budget but he explained how the old wood beams even if a bit ugly with minor damage were better in quality than the replacement beams that are available now. We highly recommend Bonilla Foundation for their professionalism and honesty.

Oh, one last thing. Bonilla came HIGHLY recommended from one of their competitors, All Texas Foundation Repair. The owner Bill Marks asked who I went with since I didn't choose their company and when I told him Bonilla, he said they were a good crew and did quality work.

The crew arrived right on time, the process was explained clearly, the measurements before and after the repair were explained and included in the final invoice. The crew didn't leave any mess. The external cracks are significantly improved. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to what other people have told me they paid. I would highly recommend Bonilla Foundation Repair.
