Very pleased with Aguirre House Painting! Fidencio came out on Saturday to quote the job, started on Monday, and finished on Tuesday. He pressure washed, replaced rotten fascia, and installed soffit vents. He did a great job for an even better price. We will definitely be using him for future jobs!!!

We had a great experience working with this contractor. He replaced a sink/vanity and mirrors in our small half bath and also installed a new kitchen faucet. Our house is quite old, and he ran into unexpected issues like corroded pipes and rotted wall plaster, but he handled everything professionally and without complaint. The work was done carefully, the results look great, and we really appreciated his problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Very quick response time at first contact. Turned around a quote immediately, arrived an hour later, and finished the job that day. Fixed up the attic trim, surrounding dry wall, and painted. Great job, fast service, and highly recommend.

This professional and trustworthy businesses has been coming thru for its customers since time immemorial (for True Blue Texans anyway..lol) the employees personal commitment to details, the managers decades of experience and the tailored to each client's preference has had me going to UPI Builders for all my building needs I won't even go into the metal fabrication and their top range autoshop. Basically the rule is if you even begin to think of thinking of building fixing or anything mechanical related go to UPI and u can take that to the bank. Keep up the good work fellas

I have been using Bonilla Foundation for over twenty years. I have numerous investment properties and have lost count of the number of foundations they've repaired for me. I tried several other foundation companies prior to Bonilla, all with recurring issues. After using Vidal, I never looked elsewhere.

Repaired foundation in 2010 with Bonilla (35 piers). Recently thought have a problem in my home 77096, after many flooding events in Houston.
The company came to measure and found change at most 3/8in shift in height changes over 9 years! Can you ask better than that! Thanksyyou for good work and prompt service!

I have been using Bonilla Foundation Repair for over a decade. They have fixed foundations for me on multiple properties and have always done a fabulous job. They are a great company to work with and I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know.

Mr. Bonilla showed up on time and performed a detailed inspection of my home outside and inside. He sat down with my wife and I and went through his inspection report and answered all of our questions. Seems we did not have any foundation problems at all. Very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired Bonilla because they had better reviews that "the big guys", turns out all my neighbors used them and recommended them as well. Their price was great, they showed up when they said they would, during the process plants were removed from flower bed, big piles of dirt.... When they were done they not only put everything back they grabbed some bags of mulch I had in the back yard and re-mulched the beds. You could not even tell they had ever been there!

Recently we had a split in out hardwood floors called them out, knowing we had a foundation problem. They came out said no everything was fine! Turns out it was a water leak!

Vidal came out to assess a problem we were having with water getting in the house. We had mutliple plumbers unable to identify the source and were told to contact a foundation company. Vidal did a complimentary visit, was able to identify the problem, and offer a solution. All which was no benefit to his company. I didnt need any foundation work but they will be the first people I call if I do.

They came right out and checked all my numbers. It was simple and straight forward and they didn’t even charge me finding nothing wrong. Absolutely trustworthy!!!!

I am very impressed with this company. I had some concerns with my peir and beam foundation, and I requested quotes from several companies. Everyone tried to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need, except for this company. Their associate inspected our foundation and have us very good information. He could have made a good sale on us, but he gave us an honest opinion that left us feeling very relieved.
