Constraction reviews in Houston, Texas

Tanner, John & the whole Capital team are amazing. Coming from the Property Management side you know how crucial communication and response is. These are the guys for your needs. Effective communication and amazing service. We love Capital in San Antonio. We’ve recommended them from corpus to Austin & our sister properties feel the same! Go Capital!

Capital Disaster Solutions is an incredible team! We had a terrible storm hit Austin a few weeks ago, causing extensive damage to one of our buildings. The damage was so severe that all five floors of the building were affected. Capital Disaster Solutions' quick response prevented our residents from being displaced. They were able to extract water quickly and install equipment to help stabilize the situation. A huge thank you to the Capital Disaster Solutions team for their assistance during our time of need. Thank you; it is always a pleasure doing business with you.

Exceptional Emergency Response and Service

We recently experienced a small electrical fire at a school where I was contracted to work in. Although the fire itself was quickly contained, it produced a significant amount of smoke that filled the hallway and left a heavy layer of dust from the fire extinguisher. It was an overwhelming situation, and we needed immediate help to ensure the safety of the students and staff and to restore the facility.

I contacted Capital Disaster Solutions, and within an hour, a representative was on-site. Their quick response and calm, professional approach immediately put us at ease. They assessed the damage thoroughly and developed a clear, effective plan for cleanup and mitigation. Their team worked efficiently to remove smoke odors, clean up the extinguisher residue, and restore the affected areas to a safe and clean condition.

The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the entire team was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our space. I truly cannot recommend Capital Disaster Solutions enough. Their expertise and responsiveness turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and we’re incredibly grateful for their support.

If you’re facing any type of disaster recovery, this is the team you want by your side.

Capital Disaster Solutions is hands down one of the most reliable and impressive vendors I’ve ever worked with. They have supported our community through floods and emergency situations, and every single time their response has been fast, professional, and incredibly organized. When things are urgent and stressful, they show up calm, prepared, and ready to take control. A huge shoutout to Eddie, John, and Clement, they are truly exceptional. Their communication is clear and constant, their follow-through is unmatched, and they genuinely care about doing things the right way. They don’t just respond to emergencies, they anticipate needs, problem-solve on the spot, and ensure nothing is overlooked. It’s rare to find a team you can trust completely during high-pressure situations, and Capital Disaster Solutions is exactly that. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!

Andres was professional and courteous from the first inquiry, through quote process and completion of my project. In one day Andres and the Halceeone team tackled a few projects in my home that were causing me major stress for months. My old 1970s brown cabinets look great in white. This is a top-notch company that treated my home as if it was theirs. They carefully moved my appliances during the setup and moved them back afterwards. Very effective communications during the whole process.

Andres (the owner) completed interior painting in our home. He was quick to respond to any questions and is prompt with timing. The job was completed on schedule and handled with care.
