from start to finish All over Exterior was one of the most professional roofing companies I’ve ever worked with. Julio is extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of the entire roof all the way to the gutters. His crew is the best. They meticulously went through every step before and executed with perfection. I can’t say enough good things about this company, Julio the owner and his unbelievable crew. The amount of detail with clean up was just as fantastic as the roof itself! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else and we had our fair share of companies wanting to do our roof. Glad we made the best choice with them!!

I hired Julio to replace all my siding with new sheathing and siding (2 different style siding, Fiber Cement Lap and Cedar Shiplap) as well as provide a new roof which included replacing all decking with a radiant barrier. I have been a construction professional for 30 years so I'm familiar with what it takes to do these kinds of projects. Julio and his team performed at or above my expectations. I am very pleased with the way everything turned out. I would not hesitate to use All Over Exterior Roofing for future projects.

Update: Given my previous positive experience with Julio, I decided to reach out to him when I sustained damage to my roof. Unfortunately the second time around wasn’t as positive or as pleasant as the first. When I texted Julio in February 2024 he assured me he would follow up and send someone to our house and would let me know later when they would stop by, but never did. Due to his lack of follow-up I’m amending my review.

Julio, at All Over Exterior Roofing, was incredibly professional and offered excellent communication and customer service. Not only was he able to come out and provide an estimate the same day I called, but he was priced fairly and went above and beyond. From fixing our roof leak/damage to helping us remediate the damage inside, All Over Exterior is our go-to!

The estimate suggested one hour of work, but the worker worked for almost three hours with no change in price. While I haven't been on the roof, from ground level it looks fine.

Highly organized, detailed and professional. The pricing was very competitive and the crew installed a new roof in one day. Very happy with the new roof and cleanup.

I had a hole in my soffit and contacted a number of companies who said they couldn't fix it. Then I found All Over Exterior. Julio responded quickly and said he'd be happy to fix it + gave a very reasonable quote.

Besides showing up quickly and doing a great job with the repair, there was one other aspect of their work that really impressed me. When the crew came, Julio asked me where the touch-up paint was. I realized I should've mentioned before that I didn't have any paint for the outside of the house. But he was extremely nice about it, went to Home Depot to do a paint match, and then gave me the extra paint at no charge.

So I had an excellent experience with this company.

All Over Exterior was great! They were extremely helpful, working with us to find the best solution to replace our roof and Julio took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. I had a wonderful experience with Julio and All Over Exteriors. He patiently talked us through our options, and helped us navigate the convoluted insurance claims process.
He was willing to schedule us a couple of months after our initial meeting, to work best with our schedule, whereas others pushed for a sooner time.
I especially appreciated his attention to detail. He made sure his crew was taken care of, and took enough breaks amidst the blazing heat. He made sure the property was left in great shape - thoroughly swept for nails and the large amount of debris that happens with a roofing job.

They did a great job repairing and redoing a 4th floor patio that had been giving us trouble for years and had eluded the efforts of other companies and contractors. Their work looks great and has already stood up to multiple instances of wind-driven heavy rain that would have resulted in leaks before.
