My experience with Olshan Foundation was great! Transferring the foundation into my name was very easy because Mariela Egurrola walked me through whole process. Mariela Egurrola was very professional, detailed and answered all my questions. Brian Britten was very professional and did a thorough reading of my foundation. The end result was a smooth transfer of the warranty with a updated detailed drawing of existing piers and current foundation readings. I am very satisfied and would recommend Olshan Foundation to everyone I meet.

Very professional workmanship. From the initial contact to the final follow-up by Maria, everything was taken care of & all finished in one day. Extensive flower beds were treated with care & concrete repair on driveway was finished like new.

We noticed some cracks in floor tiles and sheetrock in some rooms in our home as well as a couple of doors that were either ghosting or sticking. We knew Olshan was a reputable company, and they offered a lifetime warranty. Their representative Aaron came out to the house and took measurements. Their engineers planned adjustments to correct our readings and now the rest is history. They were here three long days, and the crew headed by Melanie worked very hard moving a lot of dirt. Yuris V., one of the Production Managers stopped by to check on progress. Thomas C., another production manager was indoors monitoring the "lifting part of the process" and made sure we were satisfied while staying within the margins. Such an interesting process. We watched as sheetrock cracks came together. After the lift, the hard-working young, strong men put our landscaping back to the before status and cleaned up the debris in the yard. They were all very professional and worked long hard days. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. I highly recommend Olshan Foundation!

Villi Gomez and Angel did a complete & thorough job repairing a “corner pop.” At our Del Webb home in The Woodlands. I deeply appreciated their taking the time to explain the process. I chose Olshan Foundation because of their years in the business and their favorable reviews.

I needed my Garage foundation leveled and some warrantee work to my House (leveled in 2016) in Houston TX. The crew showed up on time each day ready to work. They were efficient and respectful of my yard and walkways. The crew leader, Yuvis Vanega, kept me informed each step of the way. His team (Hermes Funez, Yester Ortiz, Chon Rivera, Alex Suchite, Tito Zarate, and Juan Vilian) worked expertly to access each foundation, leveled the slabs, then closed the holes leaving my yard looking like they had never been there. Big thanks to everyone on the team for going the extra mile and to Olshan!

Hilda's Crew from Olshan did a fantastic job to repair my foundation issues. All of the crew members were very professional and courteous. Thanks for your attention to detail by cleaning afterwards.

I has some concerns about my home and asked for an inspection. Dave Klotzbuecher came out and performed a thorough examination of the property, inside and out, and ultimately gave my house a clean bill of health!
Dave was very professional and personable, and explained what he was measuring and looking for during the process.
Although I did not need any work on the foundation after all I was impressed with Dave / Olshan and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation services.

Richard Solsberry is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. We called Olshan and asked for a structural technician to come to inspect my mother’s house in Sugar Land after a friend had given us another big company who sent an inspector that was inexperienced (Gave us recommendations that did not make sense. I have home inspection background). Richard took time to explain what is happening with the house and did not try to upsell us in any way. I could immediately tell that he was very knowledgeable. Very honest. I highly recommend Richard Solsberry and Olshan. Quality company and quality people!

We were very pleased with our experience from our sales guy Ryan to our install crew, Angel, Santo, Lima, Rolando, Miguel & Daniel. Everyone we have had contact with has been very professional and helped us understand exactly how the process works. One of the companies we had out had readings in one room that were so different from Olshan, Ryan came back out to ensure he had not missed something. We got several quotes and at the end of the day, longevity is one of the main reasons we made the decision to go with Olshan. A lifetime warranty is only good for the life of the company that offers it. We feel confident if we have any issues in the future, we can pick up the phone and call and Olshan will be there to help!

To the salesman, crew leads and crew thank you for completing our foundation repair for our home. Task was completed safely and even with minor setback Fernando , Edwin and crew took care and In a timely manner. Was told job was going to be be three days they had it done in two. Job was pretty big leveled most of my two story home.
In addition, after job was complete they made it look like they were never here.
Hada root barrier to protect hime and digging the lifetime warranty. Don't think this home will never have foundation issues again.

Everyone—from John Romero, our structural technician, to Jesus Lopez, the production manager, and the entire work crew (Dennison, Dindo, Martin, Martinez, and Evit)—provided outstanding service. Each gentleman was professional, informative, detailed, and genuinely friendly.

We were amazed by the results. Walls that had previously separated were brought back together seamlessly, and a floor that once had a noticeable slope is now perfectly level. Their expertise and precision truly exceeded our expectations.

We sincerely hope we never have to deal with foundation issues again, but if we did, we would not hesitate to choose Olshan a second time. We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with their work.
