I have hired Blue Hippo on a referral for several home remodel jobs ranging from building a few kitchen cabinets to a large scale interior painting project. They are professional, show up on time, do good work, and are fairly priced. What more do you want.

I called to have my garage boarded up and they were at my house within two house and did a great job!

We experienced water damage during the holidays and it was a tough experience for our family. The kitchen and two other rooms were needing big repairs. We hired Blue Hippo and Khaled helped us navigate through it all. He assured we had the crew we needed working right away to get things back the way they were . They were all very professional and timely which meant a lot as we were balancing work and home.

I had an exceptional experience dealing Blue Hippo Restoration and their employees! I called due to an emergency leak I had in the basement of my home. A team of workers arrived to my location promptly, and with a determined attitude to restore my living quarters back to its original state. All the individuals were very friendly and a joy to be around. One of the workers by the name of Kassandra, was extremely knowledgeable and detailed oriented. She took the time to explain to me how the leak started, what they were going to do to repair the leak, and what I could due to prevent this issue from occurring again in the future. I couldn't ask for a better experience dealing with this company. They were very professional, efficient, and exceeded my needs beyond measure. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family moving forward. Thanks again Blue Hippo Restoration. You guys are awesome!

Blue hippo was referred to me when our roof started caving in. From the front office to the labor, everything was thoroughly communicated and followed up with. Good pricing and easy scheduling considering I needed the repairs and mess cleaned up asap. Definitely would use them for future repairs.

Blue Hippo recently replaced the roof on my two story home with a detached garage. I love it. The crew was were professional a quick (not too quick! very thorough job! They also left my yard very clean after job was complete. I would recommend Blue Hippo.

Tree fell on House. Blue Hippo Quickly sent out two men in a pick up truck with a ladder. they removed tree from roof and hauled off debris. installed blue protective tarp. They sent out one Man roofing crew in a pick up a week or two later to repair the tile roof. Roofer did not install tile correctly causing large gaps between edge rake tiles and roof tiles. Tile was not laid in a straight line had a large bow in it with tile bulging out over edge of brick wall. Took almost two Months to have roof work corrected. Rake tiles are now straight but still have too many gaps between tile and rake but it is acceptable and looks good. Very poor communications. Office staff was not up to speed and called me saying their records showed the repairs had been completed when they had not been started. Was told several times that people would be out to inspect problem and do repairs but they never showed up. I would recommend Blue Hippo for emergency damage mitigation after a flood, storm. or other disaster. Would not recommend them for follow up repairs.

I experienced a leak I'm my roof and was working with another company to get it fixed. They put me on their wait list and I stayed on their wait list over the entire summer. I contacted Blue Hippo and the representative called me back within 30 minutes, and within 2 days they were repairing my roof and the interior damage to my ceiling.

Blue Hippo took care of the mitigation for my home due to a hvac flood. They were here immediately to start drying out my home & start the repair process. They were prompt & efficient. They worked with my insurance to make the process easy for me. I highly recommend them. Mouhamed was patient in explaining the process to me as I did not understand how the process worked. A big thanks to Blue Hippo for restoring my home! Hands down they made it easy & worked in a timely fashion.

I really appreciate the job that Blue Hippo Restoration (BHR) did at my rental complex on January 10, 2025. We have a new roof installed back 3/28/2015 by BHR. On January 9, 2025 there was a heavy rain and a leak was detected on the roof. We called BHR and they sent a team of roofer to come right away and fix the roof.This is a respectable roof company: they honor the warranty even after almost ten years passing by. I give them a Five Star evaluation.

Second insurance claim, first was for shingles replaced on roof. The second claim was minor water damage in the guest bathroom and small area of a bedroom. It was handled so well that I decided to look at work for the rest of the house. New flooring, carpet, kitchen, and bathroom. The teams did an outstanding job inside this old house. Trusted their suggestions throughout without that extra cost attached due to experience at what they do. I am very pleased with the upgrade after being in my home for over 25 years and dreamed about the day would come this work would be done. My kitchen turned out to be my pride and joy with new cabinets and granite counter tops which I first opposed. They convinced me and I have no regrets. Granite 4" backsplash was added back to counter tops.
