Corine & Wendell are tremendous workers. They came in my home when it was a complete disaster after we discovered a plumbing issue that caused both 100 gallon hot water heaters to empty out on the main level. They were here at my home immediately and worked VERY hard and efficient, I will definitely recommend ABC restoration to whomever needs emergency services.

Our experience with ABC Restoration was an absolute nightmare. What was to be a 2 week job took over 73 DAYS to complete! We had a water leak that had damaged our floor. We had selected laminate flooring as a replacement. We noticed that after 2-3 weeks on the job the floor was very very uneven. We brought in experts that we paid to look at it and they said something was very wrong and fishy. The project manager and one of the higher ups in the company insisted that over time the laminate flooring will settle don't worry ( which was a huge lie/coverup). After staying on top of the crew and project manager i skipped work to convince them to take apart a very uneven area only to discover CARDBOARD underneath the laminate!! Yes cardboard! I was in complete shock. The material they used was complete garbage. Upper level management blamed the crew (3-4 diff ones) but we caught them all in a huge lie with the videos and pics i collected. The job was redone but we missed so much work and had to check up on their staff almost everyday, not to mention the stress and lot's of damaged furniture and property (garage pics included that damaged our property). Management has failed to fully reimburse us for our losses as of today.

When Beryl destroyed our home we didn't know what to do as brand new, first time home owners. No one we knew had ever experienced so much destruction before and our insurance company didn't want to help us. We were truly lost but Phil and Everett were lifesavers! Not only did they take the time to explain everything to us and help us every step of the way but we love our home more now than before the disaster!!!! Thank you for being there every step of the way and being there for us during the most devastating time of our lives!!!! We are so grateful we called ABC Restoration!!!! They're reliable, friendly, genuine, honest and timely!!!! Even has us back in months earlier than originally planned!!!!

ABC did major work on my house over a 3-month period after hurricane beryl did serious damage. Their strengths were working with a very difficult insurance company in trying to secure proper coverage for the scope of work, and in making sure that the construction, once it begun, worked In a coordinated fashion. Their subcontractors did quality work. The pm on the job communicated well and was present onsite when needed. I also appreciate that they did not over promise.

I had an Awesome experience with this company. They are professional rockstars in home renovation projects! Everett was meticulous in his work estimate of the project to ensure that all damages were addressed. Phil goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The exterior brick restoration work to my home was excellent! The interior paint job was beautifully done. Throughout the process, Phil ensures that all contractors work is done to customers' satisfaction. The management team was prompt to respond to any of my concerns. They are an all-in-one home renovation team that can do everything! Therefore, we are going to have them do another home project, and I will update you on how that one turns out, stay tuned …

I rented one of their properties and never felt so robbed. I was denied my $1200 rental deposit due to ceiling damage in the downstairs kitchen (see photos below). They charged me $600 claiming I caused this damage from a “tub over flow”. This damage is not from a tub over flow because the tub never overflowed and it’s not even in the same direction as the tub. It’s an integral issue the owner Phil should take accountability for and be responsible for the expense. They also charged me for painting the entire unit when it was never painted new before I moved in. They left dry wall damage the entire year I lived there and also attempted to charge me for that. This company lacks integrity, fairness, professionalism, and empathy. They will throw you under the bus and burn you for a quick buck. Please don’t give them your money. There’s way more places to rent from or get services from that don’t treat people so poorly. They get away with it because they do this to people who can’t afford attorneys and to fight back. They broke contract, cheat, lie, and steal to keep deposits. Do not trust this company.- ** they commented on here I had an issue with the Landlord which is the owner of ABC Restoration- I paid my money order to ABC Restoration address on Kirby rd every month- Yes Phil is the owner of both ABC and the property. Please take accountability.

ABC is the best in the business. Todd is first on my list in case of an emergency. Extremely professional and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone!
