GREAT job, great people, and really efficient. Blake came out promptly and gave us a bid after walking the property. Installation arrived when promised, were professionals in everything they did, and were done very promptly. Even with the upgrade that we threw in halfway through the job, they were done on schedule & left not one scrap behind after cleaning up. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

Nick was excellent to work with--he came to quote our fence install quickly with very competitive pricing. Communication was clear and easy. The crew did a great job and our fence looks pristine--they delivered in every aspect. Highly recommend!!

Fencemaster Houston was great to work with on the installation of our custom iron fence. The project ran smooth from planning and proposal through to installation. Everyone was extremely professional throughout each phase of the project. Both project managers and installation crew were helpful and offered thoughtful suggestions for areas requiring more customization than others. We just had our back fence redone with Fencemaster and they did a fantastic job, one that definitely exceeded our expectations. John was very helpful in giving us a quote and giving us several options to choose from. The fence is great quality and only took two days to tear down the old fence and get the new one up. They also were able to get the sides that border our neighbors down and up in one day which both us and the neighbors appreciated. I highly recommend them.

We recently had our wrought iron driveway gate and side fence replaced with an aluminum gate and fence. The Fencemaster installation crew had to install the new components and make sure they worked with the existing gate motor. They were very professional and meticulous in ensuring that every detail was perfect. it was a pleasure to watch 2 people at work who were focused on giving us their best effort. We are very pleased with the result.

Dave with Fencemaster was terrific. He came and gave an accurate estimate and clearly communicated expectations throughout the whole process. The installation was perfect. Jose and his crew did an outstanding job. More specifically, they installed the fence and did not make a mess. Anything that had to be moved out of the way or adjusted to put the fence in correctly, they did and then restored everything back to the way it was. That can be difficult and a pain, especially when it is not new construction. I greatly appreciate the the attention to detail and not leaving piles of dirt, dust, and other messes that naturally come from projects. The crew took the time to do it right, not just "sort of make it work". Fencemaster is one of the overall best contractors I have used in Houston and would highly recommend them. Call and ask for Dave. He handles business the right way. If and when the time comes in the future to do more work, I will be calling them again. No brainer.

Nick and the guys were amazing. It took a couple days for the wife and I to figure out exactly how to get an operator installed for our gate. After speaking with Nick we were able to get a contract signed quickly and a date was set up for the next day. The crew caught me by surprise by being there an hour early and ready to work. The crew were very professional and answered all of the questions that we had and made sure that everything was tested multiple times to ensure that everything worked properly. I could not recommend this company enough, they really were a pleasure to do business with.

The best experience with a company I've had in a long time. The business staff - David and Caleb were very professional and supportive. The installer Silvano and his assistant were friendly and their finished work was perfect. I would never call anyone else for fencing. Wish all Houston companies operated like this.

Nicholas Davis was our contact person. He was very helpful and patient with us to get our new chain link fencing worked out (just where to place the two fences we needed and their respective gates; how to work around an obstacle, and how to work with a few of our specific needs to be addressed with the fencing).

He came out to the house for the initial free review of what we needed and the free estimate. We weren't offered an in-person visit to the house by the other fencing companies we looked into, who made their bids by looking at the house online. But I think that in-person visit turned out to be very helpful in working out the specifics of what would work best for us and our needs.

And he came out to the house two more times as well - the day of work (to make sure the specifics were communicated well to the crew), and the day after the work was completed to make sure it was to our satisfaction.

We realized on that day after the work was completed that something was actually different than we had specified (the work was done so well for the most part that it took us a little while to notice the one thing that needed changing). Nicholas was quick to respond and set up the needed change for a couple of days later, agreeing with us about it (a welcome relief).

The crew was professional, timely, took good care of our yard while the work was being done, and the fencing turned out just as we had hoped it would (with the minor change we asked for taken care of with no complaints and in a timely manner). The cost was also well in line with what we had planned for. We are very pleased that we contracted with Fencemaster Houston for our fencing needs.

We had been contacting several companies in Houston over the last few months to get quotes for a fence that included "Puppy Bars" for our dog. Fencemaster Houston was by far the best to work with. They were very prompt in contacting us to come out and give us a free quote on the fence. I was very pleased with FenceMaster. They came on time for appointments and gave me information that helped me decide on the right fence and gate for my backyard which has a pool. They also worked with me so our the fence posts could be placed before a new deck was pored. I was asked several times by the staff if the job was satisfactory. I liked that they follow-up with customers after the job was done to make sure they are happy with the work. I would use them again.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the sales, service and quality installation of our new fence! My wife and I recently moved and decided we would like to have a gate installed in our new home/driveway. After several estimates from numerous fence companies, we contacted Blake Graham with Fencemaster. Blake came out and gave us the best estimate that fit our budget and our needs. He was highly professional and explained the process of installation thoroughly. Not only were we impressed by Blake's professionalism and attentiveness, but with the other crews that came out to the house during the completion of the project, as well as, their answering and support services. We ended up getting our gate and electric opener, along with a privacy fence that ran about 45 feet from the gate to our garage. Initially, the estimated time was about 5 weeks from fabrication to completion of project, but we were again impressed with it's completion within half that time. We highly recommend Fencemaster (The Fierro Group) and will definitely use these guys in the future!!!

After having a few fence companies come out to give us estimates for a iron driveway gate we decided to go with Fencemaster. Blake our salesman was very friendly and knew just what type of driveway gate and opener would work best for us. Within about 1-2 weeks we had the gate scheduled for installation. The installers got the job done in a timely manor, cleaned up after and did a great job with the gate installation as well as the electrical work for the opener. The gate looks and operates great. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Our salesman Blake was great to deal with. He offered us a fair and honest quote and the contractors were out within 2 weeks to do the project which only took 2 days. The fence contractors were very nice and had nice workmanship. We will definitely use this company again on future projects.

The employees of FenceMaster Houston were prompt in their service and early every day. The new fence looks great and we could not be happier with the job. The employees were very knowledgeable about need to know things such as permit requirements and area laws. They were very helpful in explaining what all needed to be done and what needed to be brought to code. I would recommend them in the future for their professional attitude and workmanship.
