Our neighbors and I needed to get a new fence done and we found Fencemasters to be great. Our sales rep was Blake Graham and he was easy to communicate with and the job started 2 weeks out from when we met.
The fence was well done and they made sure that we were all happy with the finished product. Great service.

Wow can not say enough about this firm. On time, neat, clean, great to work with. Really cares about client satisfaction. Best experience with a contractor ever!

The great thing is that they want you involved during construction. Small details always occurs in any project. They brought forward issues and option. This allowed us to get it right the first time, w/o cost increasing. Blake Graham was our contact, great to work with.....from sales to completion, really owned the job.

Fencemaster of Houston did a great job installing our custom iron gate. David, Caleb, and their crew were very professional and informative through out the whole process. My sister had refer me to them and I highly recommend due to their quality of service and workmanship

I had 3 different companies come to discuss replacing our driveway gate. John B., from FenceMaster, came to talk to me and offered great suggestions. Throughout the process, I felt that he was sincerely focused on creating the exact gate design that fit my wishes as well as what would work best for my driveway size. From John B. to the office staff to the installers, everyone at FenceMaster was very professional and helpful. I especially appreciated how the installation team kept my yard clean - no trash or cups left behind. We are so happy with our new driveway gate!
We plan to replace our fence sometime in the near future and will again call FenceMaster for an estimate.

All calls are directed to another companies voice mail. Sounds to shady for me to wander through their junk automated phone service for my business. Updated 11/4/2021, shortly after I posted my message I was contacted by Nick from Fence Master. He apologized for the confusion with the phone system and promised to look in to it asap. Seems that Fence Master is operated by the company that the phone system referenced. More important Nick came out to our property the next day and provided a proposal hours later. The price was competitive and the bid was accepted. Fence Master scheduled and performed the work a week later. Nick was onsite at the beginning and end. The quality of the fence is excellent. The price, performance and quality was so good we had another fence replaced at the same time. Don't worry about the confusing voice mail system (if it has been changed) ask for Nick. He's your guy!

It was great working with FenceMaster. I shopped around a lot before deciding to use them and they received my business because they are quick to respond and quick to install. Some of the other places I called were too busy to answer or return phone calls. Either way I'm glad I went with FenceMaster of Houston. The fence looks amazing and it provides just what I needed. The appeal and service are excellent and I've received compliments from everyone when they come over. However, I wish the metal was prepped better before painting and I wish the on site installers were as good as welding as the shop fab techs. I've had to repaint several areas where the paint has flaked off and chipped. The welds where it was assembled are messy, but I'm a perfectionist and I think it only bothers me. I also chose this company because the owner is a veteran and I'm in the Air Force. Unfortunately they don't offer military discounts. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to friends and family. One suggestion I have is for FenceMaster to give a can of spray paint to new customers to touch up as needed.

Mayra was amazing. This was my first time using Fencemaster so I was not very familiar with how they operate. She guided me through the order process, and I had to make some changes to the fence panels on the fly. She was more than willing to help me get the changes out to the fab shop ASAP. They completed my fence panel order 2 weeks early. I will definitely be back.

The team did a great job building my fence - they built everything exact to spec and cleanly. They were on time each day and left my front and backyard in great shape after completing their work. Fence Master did a great job with my Fence! Blake and his team were so professional! The whole project was done quickly and efficiently. They gave me a quote, fabricated the new fence, removed my old fence, and installed the new one in a very timely manor. I was very impressed! They will definitely be my first call on my next project.

Mayra Longoria was incredibly sweet and kind. She was extremely thorough, courteous, and walked me through everything step by step. She explained the product clearly and made the whole experience smooth. Wonderful people!

The initial process of sales and overview of the pending project went fine. I felt the price $2k for 66 ft of an interior fence on the driveway (cedar) was high but agreed due to the online reviews. Was about 2 week delay to start the job and then the crew showed up and installed it in half a day. The amount of problems was astonishing. Mainly the single gate. It was raw unfinished metal that looked like they whipped together right there on the back of the truck...unpainted, sharp metal burs from the cutting still left, no spring assist to close and cheap self-tapping screws on the handle mechanism. My sales rep was helpful and agreed that was unacceptable. Another crew collected the gate and took several days to "finish" it. They returned and also addressed the list of other flaws I compiled.

While they completed the remedies, it was still not up to par. I'm sure I could have requested a third effort and they would have obliged, but it reached a point of silliness and I shouldn't have to with a professional company with such stellar ratings. Overall, the fit and finish is poor, lots of little mistakes were made along the way.

If you do enter a contract with them for a project, I highly recommend going through all the fine details (even gate hardware used...I got the $25 Lowe's special), and have those details written on the final contract.

My fence unfortunately, looks like a weekend project my buddy, a case of beer, and I could have completed for a quarter the cost. Timing was my problem as I just moved in to the house and needed the fence to secure the dogs in the back yard. In the end I'm writing this project off as a matter of timing and necessity.

I cannot recommend Fencemaster Houston at this time.

Ruben and his great team have always done a great job for me and my business on numerous occasions. They are very effective and prompt to compete the job.

I engaged them to build a hog panel fence with pine/cedar framing. I received several bids for the job, and their prices are reasonable especially considering the build quality. I have seen some fences in this style that looked fairly flimsy; this one seems pretty rugged by comparison. Overall, I am impressed with the build and would do business with them in the future.

Blake and FenceMaster were absolutely great. They were communicative, on time, and reliable. They completely removed all of our old fencing, built a brand new fence around our yard, and it is awesome. I fully recommend them to anyone looking to replace their current fencing.

Blake and the Fencemaster team did an incredible job. I needed a 8 foot privacy fence with no gaps and cap. The quality is unlike any I have seen. I went through a nightmare and even lawsuit for a fence before this and the new one is unbelievable. In addition, they came back and stained as part of the project. Blake was responsive, had a sense of urgency and their crew was very professional and kind. In addition, they did what they could to help my neighbors when there was some excess dirt, stumps etc. Definitely have them quote as the value and attention to detail was second to none. Down to the type of nail, wood, posts.

Good quality work, the only thing I didn't like when talking to a few of the employees I was told that they don't have any perks. For the quality of work their employees perform they should be regarded way better. You would of thought of how presentable the company looks the employees would be well taken care of. Thumbs up for the employees, thumbs down for the employers.
