They did not do the work as promised. Some things were not done correctly and had to be redone. There was little communication between the person overseeing the work and us. My wife and I had to finish the work that they were supposed to do . we just wanted them GONE!!!

Team was excellent. My favorite part was at the end of the job thy cleaned up everything up and headed out, only to return 30 minutes later because they realized they forgot to finish one tiny detail. Would definitely recommend.

A month ago we had a large tree limb fall on our flat roof over our den. The flat roof consisted of TPO membrane 50 mil thick.
An overhang was also severely damaged supporting the roof.
Additional damage was done to the den, interior sheet rock.
Upon request to Amica For a reference to a contractor, we were given Blue Hippo, Restoration an Elegant roofing. Mohammed came out and gave us an estimate the very next day. After considering several bids, we decided to go with blue hippo. The roofing work was scheduled and a crew of eight appeared within a few days. Roof of 800 ft.² was completed in one day. I Witnessed all the work that was done, and it was to my satisfaction. The structural members that had collapsed from the tree limb was also repaired within the same day. Days later two painter’s Jose arrived. They covered all the furniture, taped all the areas and applied two coats to the walls, ceiling, and trim.
During this time, I had several questions for Khaled, Blue hippos estimator. And in some cases I left messages and he promptly answered them. All considered, I would rate the workmanship, communications. Handling of this work a 5.
