Used Reyes Painting to paint our living space and master bedroom. Leonardo was always very responsive and professional! We also were trying to stay within a certain budget and I appreciated that they were willing to work with us to get as close to our desired cost as possible. They were quick to do the job and everything turned out great! We are very happy with the results and would recommend!

Very prompt response and Mr. Reyes came by to do an estimate quickly. Communication was very professional and respectful. I felt like the estimate was very reasonable and he explained in detail everything he needs to fix . It was my 2nd time calling him. I’m very happy with his work .

Avoid this business. Don’t be fooled by sweet talk and reasonable cost up in the front.

Please STAY AWAY from Tulio and his company. We originally had a consultation with Mr. Handy Plus Services after a recommendation from our interior designer. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable and we were eager to hire him. He sent over a quote, we signed a contract, and we were all scheduled to get the work done. Literally 5 days before our project start date, Tulio suddenly sends over a quote that is $2,300 MORE than what was stated in our original contract! He claims that it is because my husband originally told him that we wanted a stand alone grill for our built in outdoor kitchen instead of a built in grill (what sense does that even make?). Keep in mind, that my designer, myself and my husband all agree that during the consultation we discussed having a built in grill. He is the only person that seems to think otherwise, yet he will not acknowledge his mistake. After sending me that ridiculous price increase (which we were not willing to pay), my designer contacted him on our behalf to attempt to rectify the situation. He then took it upon himself to call me and yell and berate me on the phone, calling myself and my husband liars and claiming him that we gave him the incorrect information. Despite all three of us having the same recollection of events, he told me in no uncertain terms that he did not make a mistake and essentially all of this is our fault. He was very rude and aggressive. I am a woman, so the fact that he would speak to me that way as a man is disgusting. Completely deplorable and unprofessional behavior. I would NEVER suggest anyone hire this company. Especially no single women, as it seems that Tulio will attempt to use his power to take advantage of us.

Just to further illustrate how bogus his claims are, we realized that he made a mistake regarding the stand alone vs built in grill on a Sunday and corrected him. We saw Tulio in person on Tuesday. He never once mentioned the mistake or that it would be accompanied by an increase in price. Late Wednesday night (practically Thursday) is when we suddenly got this demand for more money via email. I found out after the fact that he had another job with my designer that day and it didn't go well, so he may have suddenly tried to raise our price to either recoup his loss from the prior job or to get back at her. Either ay, completely disgusting and inexcusable behavior!

Spoke to Tulio and although they are booked for the time period I needed help, he took the time to walk me through an alternative way to get what I needed fixed in time. VERY nice and was very through and knowledgeable.

I recently had the pleasure of using Mr. Handy plus services. I must say i was impressed. The quality of their work is top-notch and their customer service went above and beyond. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. Highly recomend this company. Thanks Tulio .

Tulio and his team were all very professional and the quality of their work was very good. They are flexible and open to changes in the project. We only intended to remodel the kitchen and ended up remodeling the three bathrooms and replacing the roof with them because they were so easy to work with.

In April of 2018 I contracted with Mr. Handy Plus Services to do extensive work on the exterior of my home in Katy. This included replacement of all wood siding sections, fascia and window and door trim with Hardie fiber cement siding/boards. The job also included repair of a double entry door jamb, replacement of double french doors to my patio and painting of the entire exterior.

From the beginning the job was handled in a professional manner with a detailed Project Proposal that fully described the work to be accomplished with the estimated cost of each phase. Tulio was easy to work with and made regular visits to the job site to ensure everything was done to my (and his) satisfaction.

The quality of the work was top-notch from the care taken during demolition to the final coat of paint.

We were so pleased with the quality of the job that we contracted with him the following month to replace our composite roof.

Tulio and his crew were very professional. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves daily. They worked around my ideas and the finished project turned out amazing. We receive many compliments on the bathroom remodel. I have attached pictures of the old bland bathroom and the beautiful new bathroom.

Really happy with the bathrooms we had done by Tulio and his team. Chose to go with them as they could do everything we were after, from a wall removal, 2 bath to shower conversions, tiling, painting and finish. They kept the dust to a minimum and scheduled the work so we had still had one upstairs bathroom available throughout the project. And job was finished one day early - great work 🌟

Two new bathrooms renovated for my condo. Included new prefabricated tub/shower installation, new floors, new toilets with bidet seats, paint job, one bathroom with new cabinetry for vanity and the other painted existing vanity, but both had new stone countertops. Also replaced storage closet wire shelves with new wooden shelves, so it is now a step-in closet. New lighting, electrical, and plumbing all completed as well. I am so pleased with these bathrooms, and have had no problems. Tulio and his team were easy to work with and very professional. Definitely recommend. :)
