Julio came out to my home to do a full bathroom remodel estimate. We were very satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge. He has great design ideas and was very patient having to listen to our screaming children.

We recently had our master bathroom renovated by Re-Bath of Houston, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The project included a full shower system replacement, vanity reconfiguration, updated plumbing, and new lighting—and everything was completed in an orderly and timely manner.

Angelo was fantastic throughout the process. He did a great job minimizing any mess, cleaning up as he went, and was always respectful of our home. He even went the extra mile to accommodate a few minor changes we requested along the way, which we really appreciated.

Very overpriced. The guarantee warranty you never get a call back. I have been calling for 2 1/3 months, and not one person has called me back after leaving messages with a person or voicemails. Highly disappointed. Also, the counters installed are discoloring. Definitely explore your options before picking Rebath. For the money spent, we could have had both bathrooms remodeled. 😞

I had a design consultant, Jayna D, come to my house and she was extremely professional and very detail oriented. She came in and was able to show me in sketch the full detail. Highly recommend these professionals.

We had serious concerns about ReBath’s sales practices. However, after resolving some issues regarding materials, we came to an agreement and moved forward with the work. We are absolutely thrilled with our new shower. Izak was our installer and he was one of the most professional contractors we have ever worked with. He was very courteous, respectful and extremely thorough. He communicated every step of the way. He cleaned up every day after a full day of work. His work was impeccable and if we ever were to do this again, we would want him to do the installation, hands-down. Despite the initial sales debacle, the quality of their product is very good and we are happy with our new shower!

Izak did a great job on the warranty service. Covered what was needed and fixed the ceiling flawlessly. Did a different adhesive to make sure it doesn't fall again.

Josh did an amazing job on our shower remodel. He was kind, helpful and his professional expertise shows in his work. AJ was also kind, helpful and thorough in explaining everything for us. We LOVE our new shower. We made the right choice choosing Re-Bath and recommend them for quality materials, thorough work and professional staff.

The work was done quickly, efficiently, and well by Izak. We are satisfied with the finished product. When an issue arose with our new shower, Gustavo was sent out immediately to address it, and he identified the issue and knew how to correct it.

I'm concerned about the financing situation, though. I remember signing paperwork that said I would pay 10% on top of the amount being financed. Now that it's time to pay, I'm realizing that this is an annual 10% charge, and by the time I've paid the whole thing off, I would have paid a total of 200% of the amount I actually agreed upon when I signed the paperwork. I feel taken advantage of because I believe Carson Smith knew that I would not have agreed to pay DOUBLE the amount of an already expensive remodeling job.

I specifically remember him showing me a number that reflected a one-time 10% charge, and my husband and I agreed that we could do that. I just did the calculations, and the total I came up with matches the exact number I saw when I signed my loan paperwork. I'm going to have to take out a personal loan and take another hit to my credit, just to pay off this loan because this is absolutely NOT what I agreed to.
